Have visited for lunch or morning coffee twice a month at least all year. Great selection of sandwiches, soups. Great tray bakes and lovely daily specials. Very family friendly we usually have our ten months old grandson with us and the staff are always so helpful with suggested food for him and so friendly. We often buy tray bakes and... More

Called in on the off chance whilst driving through Castledawson and was well pleased with our meal. Very reasonably priced and the decor was very appealling. Would highly recommend this venue for a Sunday lunch.

My daughter and I had Sunday Lunch at the Inn 5 weeks ago. The restaurant offers a large dining room that was nicely decorated and was homely and friendly. We both had the garlic mushrooms that looked like and tasted freshly made. A good sized portion was presented and they were delicious. The carvery had 4 different cuts of meat... More

Stayed for one night only. Owner friendly and welcoming, and hotel and room very nice (apart from insecure shower curtain rail and bathroom mirror light not working). But catering was worst we have ever encountered. Breakfast was cheap cornflakes in a Kellogg's box, no other cereals, cheap white sliced bread, no brown or wheaten, no jam or marmalade, had to... Popped in for lunch. Although the restaurant wasn't terribly busy, just what you would expect in a small village, the homely cosy atmosphere and delicious food was the best experience I have had in the Mid Ulster Area recently. The staff were very friendly, attentive and courteous. There was an older waitress who made sure all in my party was... More

From the minute we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The room was beautiful and very clean. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was beautiful and customer service was outstanding. The owner went out of his way for us and it was extremely good value for money.

We have been here several times before and had liked it, but it has really took a turn for the worse. We ordered two kids chicken goujon meals and two fillet steaks, one medium and one medium rare. The kids goujons were clearly burnt but served anyway. We asked for them to be redone and got them back slightly less... More

The minute I read the pre advertised menu I knew it would be good. My husband and I took two friends to The Inn last night. The dining room was so inviting from the new window decor to the starched white linen tablecloths. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Part of my enjoyment of eating out is reading a new... 14 of us stayed for the weekend and had a brilliant time. The owners are exceptionally friendly and couldn't be more welcoming. The rooms are large and ours had a lovely view of the river. The food at breakfast and dinner was great. We couldn't have asked for more from our weekend away.
