We've been coming to Glendavan House for 5 years now. It is hard to find a place that you enjoy and want to visit again! But we love Moira & Becs, and how special they make us feel! We love the Trantor Suite and ask for it every year! We always look forward to this part of our trip. Very...

Glendavan would be more aptly named Charmhaven because every single thing about it is charming. From the minute we are greeted by Moira, the owner, to the minute we reluctantly leave you feel pampered and special. The house and its setting are like something from a fairy tale and with squirrels, the bird life, rabbits and the beautiful outlook it's...

Glendavan House nestles in heather & woodland with views over wild countryside to Loch Davan. Moira greeted us on arrival with a thorough introduction to the layout of the house especially the pantry, amply stocked with crisps, cake, biscuits, teas & coffees to suit all tastes......help yourself! The house is spotlessly clean. Bedroom comfort of top quality plus the quietness,...

Perhaps the most impressive offering I've ever experienced in a B&B. Beautifully thought-through to provide the guest total comfort, privacy and the warmest of welcomes. The breakfast choices are astonishing. A stand-out experience. We'd have loved to stay on, but no vacancies, unsurprisingly. Thank you so much Rebecca.

Stayed overnight at Glendavan House. I'd organised the stay from Australia so was relying on other reviews and pictures. What a beautiful place. On arrival we were treated to a lovely cup of tea and home made Scottish shortbread. The host, Moira and staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I know why the other guests return time after time as...

We've stayed here a lot of times for romantic, quiet weekends away. The Ogston Suite is our favourite. We loved relaxing in the sitting area and enjoying morning tea and coffee in the conservatory, watching the squirrels in the garden! Our hosts were simply wonderful on every occasion. They welcome us into their home graciously like old friends! Breakfast is...

The suite we were in was lovely...very spacious. The view was great and loved getting to see the red squirrels. The room was on the pricey side but appropriate for what you got. It was just a shame we couldn't afford to stay longer! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good, too.

What can I say about this place. We were introduced to our room and straiight away saw red squirrels outside our window. I could have spent all my tome looking out the bedroom window at the squirrels and woodpeckers. The rooms were great T with extra touchés of decanters of port in the room. The rooms were awesome and I...

Sometimes you worry slightly that you have very high expectations when a B and B is rated 5 stars by everyone, that it won't quite live up to those expectations. Well we need not have been concerned at all because every thing that has been written about Glendavan House is true. We loved it. From the luxurious room with the...

This is easy to write. Stayed here for two nights, and honestly if I could give this 6 stars I would. Superb remote surroundings, and a lovely welcome on arrival. Red squirrels at our window, pheasants feeding in front of us, what a place. There is not a single thing I could say negative about our stay. The room was...
