What a perfect little pod! Absolutely everything has been thought of by the owners - it’s totally practical, and so comfortable! Morag was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The light pollution here is to a bare minimum so the stars are incredible to see. It’s an ideal place for walking - coldingham took us about an hour with a leisurely stroll. I honestly couldn’t recommend staying here enough - absolutely beautiful area and an utterly amazing little place to stay.

We have stayed at Braeview twice and have will certainly be returning again in the future. The glamping pods are maintained to the highest of standards with everything you need for a luxury break. The owners go above and beyond, from the upkeep of the site to local knowledge of places to visit. When we have stayed at Braeview we have found the location has lots to offer locally from coastal walks

Just returned home after another much needed relaxing stay at Braeview Glamping. This place is my ‘go to’ when I need time away from the hectic day to day. Morag is a wonderful host giving great hints and tips on local activities and things to do. The Pods are spotless and really do have everything in them that you could possibly need for comfort. If the night sky is clear you can do some amazing star gazing which is always that extra bonus. We had a hot tub Pod this time however, we have stayed in both and both are amazing but, having that hot tub to come back to after a day walking the beautiful coastline you just can’t beat it. Thank you again Morag for a wonderful stay.

We have just returned from our 5th stay at Braeview and as always it has been perfect The glamping pods immaculate as ever with the feeling of luxury throughout. The hot tub is awesone for watching the dark sky stars , and ideal way to end the day/night. The owners keep the site and pods in pristine condition, and offer loads of advice for interesting walks and visits in the local area. Lovely to see the local wildlife pop into view also. Thanks again and can't wait to return 😊

Best glamping site we have been to. The setting is peaceful and beautiful but only a short drive from the beach and local amenities (award winning fish and chips!)
So easy to get to from the A1 and only an hour and a half drive from Newcastle.
The glamping pods are so well organised like a mini house- comfortable bed, lovely bed linen, speedy Wi-Fi, little individual bathroom, kitchen space and sofa.
We had glorious weather and sat outside with the fire pit into the evening.
The Bothy honesty shop had lots of extras that you could buy like fresh eggs, freezer meals and ice cream and fire lighting packs.
Morag was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything that we needed for our holiday.
We had driven through Berwickshire many times but never stayed and the fabulous coastline was a revelation.
We will definitely be returning to Braeview

An absolutely superb break away at Braeview Glamping. You want for absolutely nothing with extremely well equipped and laid out Glamping Pods. A great fire pit outside too, where we were able to purchase wood from the on site Bothy. We had Juniper Pod with one of the hot tubs, which was fantastic at the end of a good day's walking. The stars on a clearer night are unbelievable.
A three mile walk into St Abbs itself, where we headed out on the Rib Ride St Abbs. Great trip! Be warned though, it is downhill all the way there, which made it uphill all the way back 🤣
Edinburgh is just over an hour away, with Bamburgh Castle fifty minutes away by car.
Cannot praise Morag and the actual site itself highly enough. Ensuite bathrooms in each pod with a great shower, as well as a well laid out living area with sofa, comfy bed and kitchen area. Underfloor heating kept everything nice and toasty as the temperatures dropped in the evenings. We had a BBQ each evening and the fridge and kitchen stocks made preparing everything easy. Everything is kept to a high standard.
Thanks again to Morag for early communication with things from as soon as we'd booked through the duration of our stay, along with plenty of hints and tips for our trip.
We will definitely be back next year 👍🏽🥳

This Little Glamping site is amazing!!!! So quiet and peaceful. My husband and I came for a two night stay and didn't want to come home!!! The pod itself was spotless and all the little touches like milk tea and sugar all provided even biscuits and marshmallows for you to toast in the firepit. Morag messaged us as soon as we arrived to see if everything was OK and she is on hand if you need anything throughout your stay!!! We had the best two night stay and will definitely be returning.

The pod was lovely, far more so than you can tell by the pics. The underfloor heating made it lovely & warm dispite the weather! Everything you could think of was provided+ a few extras! Bathroom was warm & modern.
The hot tub was one of the nicest been in & kept its temperature - managed some time each evening between the rain :) The one clear evening the stars were amazing as the area around is so dark!
Morag was lovely & helpful & responded to queries straight away.
Would love to come back - fingers crossed :)

We stayed for 2 nights in march 2023 our pod was gorgeous and absolutely spotless, everything had clearly been thought of and there was nothing missing that we could need. The hosts were brilliant and so very kind, easy to contact whilst also leaving us to be. The area is very quiet and peaceful whilst also being close to places to eat/drink or do something, We really had a lovely time and will definitely be returning! (Pictures attached are taken a day after we arrived)

My wife and I have booked Braeview Glamping 3 times now, once in the summer and twice at New Year.
The pods are immaculately maintained, warm, cosy and with all the comforts of home. They are located in a secluded peaceful area with views of the surrounding landscape. The sky at night was beautifully clear. Sitting in the hot tub star gazing has got to be the most relaxing ever,
A short drive or scenic walk away are the local towns of Coldingham and St Abbs. St Abbs is a harbour/fishing town with Marvel filming history. Coldingham has the lovely and picturesque beach. A short drive away is Eyemouth, where there are several restaurants or basic fish and chips.
We’ve completed several of the coastal walks in the area and usually end up back at The Anchor in Coldingham for a drink or The New Inn for great home cooked food.
We enjoyed Braeview Glamping so much that we were fortunate enough to book the whole 6 pods for family and friends New Year 2022-23. We all had a fantastic time
catching up and relaxing, some of us even did the New Year North Sea swim 🥶.
The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, their local knowledge of walks etc is invaluable, they were fantastic.
Looking forward to our next visit in the not too distant future.
