Popped in for drinks a couple of times whilst staying nearby, on each visit the girls serving made a big fuss of our dogs which always means we can relax and enjoy our drinks . Did not eat here but made use of the Takeaway service which is available. We had 2 Pizzas and chips

Stayed here whilst doing the Southern Upland Way. There are few options to choose from in Dalry, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend the Lochinvar. The hotel appears to be 'tired' with wallpaper coming away, and in need of a good hoover too. My room was clean on

We tried to go into the Lochinvar several times whilst staying nearby in Scotland. But it was always closed. We even tried to go to the hotel’s restaurant Mama’s, but here again it was the same story. Shut!! It’s a great pity as the hotel has a magnificent and commanding view
