This is a really cute boutique hotel with a sea view. The decoration is really well done and the staff is very welcoming. the sauna is absolutely gorgeous, and the restaurant justify by itself of stopping there. the only downside is the train track just behind the hotel, you can definitely hear the trains during the day.

A very nice hotel to visit just make sure you have a good GPS to find it (or get your co-ordinates right) B'fast is very good. Very nice ambiance and you can ask for omelettes to be prepared for you whilst you nibble on some of the typical cornetti and other continental specialties, The location is beautiful, the hotel very...

We stayed at the Zash for two nights as an upgrade from Rama d'Aria. The hotel is an old mansion set amongst 13-18 ha of citrus fruit plantations. The good: Nicely designed, well set rooms Great scenery around, Etna in the back, the sea in front The best: The restaurant. Set in the sous terrain of the mansion, they cook...

Many thanks so much for the nice words spent for Zash. We just wanted to apologize for the hot water issue, we have experienced a fault in the water heating system due to the wind storm that we promptly managed to solve the problem the day after. Unfortunately your stay happened to be during a weather alert period with extraordinary...

Super location, rooms are very nice. Neverending garden with lemons, oranges and others....Beautiful view for moountain Etna or for the sea. The restaurant inside has very nice space, elegant, romantic. The food was just perfect. We really liked it and we will be back.

Beautiful converted vineyard as main building for hotel and restaurant. Separate rooms outside main building are stylish, elegant and very peaceful. Based on reading other reviews of noisy nearby train line we almost cancelled booking, but so glad we didn't. We were only vaguely aware of occasional passing trains (that are not visible) but this didn't disturb the peaceful environment....

Tucked away in a charming but well connected location we would definitely recommend the Zash Hotel. We were there for two nights at the start of Oct. This is a great design led hotel with exemplary service and food! While the trains are a distraction especially at the pool, we didn't mind too much. The pool is gorgeous, facilities pool...

This is a wonderfully renovated and restored old winery turned in to a fantastic hotel.. we have stayed here for 5 days and fortunately got a chance to stay both in the vllla and for the last night in the garden rooms near the pool... Both a fantastic experience.. The pool is a master piece to say the least.. The...

We happen to agree with most previous reviews: the design is breathtaking, it is often design over functionality (but hey, we're in Italy, what do you expect), the athmosphere is peaceful, the swimming pool gorgeous, the staff very attentive and caring, etc. Also, we had the "railway room" (number 1, a suite) and yes, the trains are quite loud and...

We stayed for 3 nights in September but unfortunately had poor weather! so we never saw Mt Etna nor have any time round the pool area. Hotel really nice, we were in room 9 which was very private just a shame it looked out on lemon trees right up against the window and that was it, so no real view....

Chic boutique hotel amidst the orange groves, with lovely pool and relaxing vibe. We had booked into the restaurant last minute, not knowing what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised to be served our best meal of the trip, with wine list to match. The spa is small, but well appointed. Stay at Zash if you want to be...
