We came here on a little family break, booked a lodge for 7, on arrival it could only sleep 6, they gave us a fold up bed which the slats fell out when you lay on it, and my sister is a slight build!! Lodge needs severe TLC, there is limited parking beside the lodges. Swimming pool is tiny and...

We booked a Loch View Premier lodge which is one of the dearest on site. On arrival and check in we no sooner entered our lodge and had a visit by a gentleman to read the electricity meter. We agreed the reading and he left. The lodge was old and very dated. It was not cleaned very well and still...

Lodge filthy. Mould on curtains and smells of damp. Bar wasn't open and games room full of cobwebs, didn't even attempt to eat in the restaurant as we feared for our health. Do not visit this site!!!!!! Vile!!! Ruined our weekend.

My family (2 adults, 2 teens), came up from the West Midlands and stayed in Struan Cottage for 4 days in April of 2017. Staying in such a great place really made our trip even more memorable. The cottage itself was very spacious. It was also very modern (particularly the contemporary kitchen + utilities), but cozy at the same time...

Do not book this place, it is disgusting. Hoseason you should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising this place. I have never encountered as much filth and dirt as the cabins. The whole place is disgusting and beyond help.

My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Lodge 5 which is situated at the side of Loch Oich with spectacular views of Ben Nevis in the distance. The lodge was warm, bright and cosy with a twin room plus double room with large en suite. I do agree with previous reviewers that the lodges are...

Great location for day trips. On arrival we were given an oich plus because of maintenance issues with lodge we'd booked so appreciated this. If you go expecting centre parks type standards you will be badly disappointed. If you expect a basic place to lay your head you'll be

Overall poor standard of accommodation in desperate need of an upgrade, had no lighting that worked in main bedroom, (asked twice to have repaired) bathroom had mould all over the ceiling and around toilet. No DVD player despite advertised, several sockets in the lodge where coming away from the wall which is not ideal with 2 children under 6 with...

We went to Great Glen water park as a family of 4, accommodation was damp and smelly, games room was dirty and full of cob webs, I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurant, we tried this once and the food was not very good, pool area and pool very small, great location to explore but wouldn't return again

Having just returned from our short Monday to Friday break on the 17th March, we're already looking at booking again. Cannot say one bad thing about Great Glen Water Park or about our lodge. Everything was perfect! Cannot praise it enough. This was our first wee family holiday and we had the most amazing time! Our lodge was so spacious...
