We stayed at Mallory Meadows the last week in November and it was perfection. Hare was equipped with everything you'd want and it was charming and cosy. The local village was idyllic. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you Dan, Natalie and Rose

What a n amazing little place, Emily made us feel so welcome when we got there and quickly went through the basics so we could settle in... see did recommend the local takeaway's and we decided on a Indian which was great..... we stayed there for three days and went on some great walks into Bosworth with our dogs Joey & Jasper... the bed were so comfortable and the place was really nice and warm.. We decided to find a little getaway for our anniversary from 17th -19th November and this place did not disappoint, from the warm and friendly welcome to the stunning Jenny Wren roundhouse that we stayed in, the first thing we noticed was just how peaceful it was in the secluded area where the roundhouses were situated just what we needed. The roundhouse itself was a lot bigger than what we expected and look amazing from the outside let alone inside, a goody bag awaits which was a lovley thought from the owners, the roundhouse was kitted out with everything you could ask for including a really well designed kitchen area, the bed itself was absolutely out of this world and was without a doubt the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on. The underfloor heating was definitely a welcomed source and was very easy to control if needed, the bathroom was a great size and had a really good sized walk in shower and how can we forget the really good sized jacuzzi on the decking. We booked a table at ‘The Mallories’ for one meal and once again for a local restaurant only about a 10min walk away it certainly did not disappoint, well worth it for very tasty well portioned food. To finish of this review all we can say is’ if your reading this make sure you do the right thing and book yourself a nice relaxing break at this fantastic venue you definitely won’t be disappointed. This was our first time hear but definitely won’t be the last. Thank you Emily-Jane & Chris We will be back soon Paul & Julie

A wonderful, private, tranquil getaway! A breath of fresh air is this little pocket of perfection. Offering a total break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful Badger lodge with a delightful, dainty hot tub for two, ensured we had total relaxation from start to finish. The lodge is well heated and offers a cosy ambience. Upon arrival we noticed we had been kindly left a welcome bag of Pink Lady sparkling apple juice, a large bag of crisps and a little box of chocolate orange cremes. -A real nice, thoughtful touch! My partner and I took a walk left out of Mallory Meadows, and less than ten minutes later arrived at Mallory Park where we were entertained by people racing their cars around the track. We walked around the country lanes and neighbouring fields taking in the scenery. Our stay was faultless. Emily, the host, has even happily returned my partners cap which he left in the lodge and refused to allow me to pay the postage. Such a kind gesture. I cannot recommend Mallory Meadows enough. A real must experience in an idyllic part of Leicestershire.

We had a 3 night stay in the Hare cabin, very comfortable and clean. We had our dog with us, so nice to be able to find somewhere with local walks 2 mins from the cabin. The hot tub was great, we were able to relax in there whilst our dog took in the views from the veranda, which was a very handy undercover area. Local parks are fab for walking and would highly recommend the Windmill pub, amazing food, and only a 10 min drive away (about a 40 min walk). The app guide was really handy and full of info. We met Emily who welcomed us as we arrived, good to know she is on site if we needed anything. Only one suggestion...toweling bath robes for use when using the hot tub would be great! We will def look at booking again. Thankyou.

We had a great break with plenty of good walks locally and then coming back to a great base which was relaxing for both us and our new dog. From the start when you get all the info via the App, the welcome goodies and hot tub make this a first class place to stay. Thank you.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the squirrel cabin. And it was just as lovely and peaceful as the first time- probably felt it even more for us as we last stayed in 2019 and had a baby since then! Everything you need, in the cabin. Comfy bed, warm, Fluffy pillows, lovely welcome gifts, hot tub. Owners on hand if needed. We stayed with our dog too and they have bowls and welcome treats for them too 😊 there's a field at the side for a quick walk round which is handy. We went to Thornton reservoir for a walk (about 15 mins away, about one hour to walk round, all flat), market Bosworth country Park for a walk round (over an hours walk) and then bradgate Park- where you could walk and walk and walk and....! We ate at mallories which is 5 minute walk away on the Sunday for Sunday lunch which was really lovely and dog friendly. I cant fault this place and we hope to be back soon and not leave it as long to come back!!

We stayed in Hare for 2 nights, which was super cosy, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The app with all the local info was brilliant, and we enjoyed some great walks nearby. We had our two dogs with us and can definitely recommend as a dog friendly stay!
