Come and stay in a boutique roundhouse or timber-clad cabin, with a relaxing private hot tub all nestled in a pretty 2.5-acre site bordering open countryside. Our quirky roundhouses offer beautifully furnished studio style accommodation with skylight & are in a secluded area of the site. Cosy timber-clad cabins may be compact in size, but they provide everything you need for a perfect escape. All accommodations have a king-size bed, shower room, kitchenette, bubbling hot tub & patio area. With walks from your doorstep and plenty to see and do only a short drive away, you can do as much as a little as you like! With two dog-friendly cabins, your furry friend doesn’t need to miss out! An electric vehicle charging point is also available.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed in one of the new Round Houses and wow, it was finished beautifully. The standard had been set very high and it was definitely achieved. Sumptuous bedding, beautiful decoration, a fabulous hand crafted bedhead with subtle lighting around it gave a really magical feel to the room.
While we preferred to eat out the little kitchen area was well equipped with an induction hob & oven. There were little touches like the extractor fan coming on automatically when you turned on the hob.
The bathroom while small was again well appointed with a good sized shower with a decent glass screen.
Outside, the round house was one of a pair set in a secluded fenced off part of the site next to the churchyard. The church clock does sound the hours but this did not disturb us at all. The entrances to the individual round houses were set so that both had privacy.
Away from the church the view was over open countryside and there was a good wooden balcony around half of the building which would allow outside sitting in the summer. Too cold now though, but that is where the hot tub came into its own. Despite the room only sleeping two people the tub would have been big enough for four. The weather was cold during our visit & a good soak in the tub was the perfect way to relax after a day out and about.
All in all we had a fabulous visit and will definitely come again.

From arriving on the Friday our second visit, my whole intention was some relaxation with no expectations from anyone but ourselves.
Jay and myself have throughly enjoyed being here for the week. The accommodation spotlessley clean, covid secure, added extras of dishcloth, washing up liquid, teatowels, bin liners even bleach for the toilet. The lodges are well spaced to offer privacy each with a hot tub maintained daily with some lovely fairy lights around and well secluded.
The owners whilst going about their daily routines are respectful of your privacy but on hand for any immediate needs. Unfortunately we had to report a blockage the owners dealt with this efficiently and effectively with no disturbance to ourselves or interruption to our break away.
The place around us is full of wildlife i have enjoyed observing the rabbit at the top of the driver during the braking dawn, i think ill miss this little fella!!
I would highly recomended Mallory Meadows as being home from home with local takeaway, village shops, delivers of anything you need with the added benefit of tranqulity and time to recharge those batteries.
Will be sad to leave but we know we are retuning back in May 2022 and we look forward to it.
Many thanks to Chris and Emily-Jane.

A real gem!!
We visited over Easter weekend and it couldn’t of been more perfect. We arrived to a bottle of raspberry lemonade, some posh crisps and chocolates - what a lovely touch! It was so cosy, clean and warm. The hot tub just made it! Towels, blankets and toiletries were included,We was greeted by Emily who was very friendly. Everything was very clear upon booking. We truly had a lovely weekend. I would recommend to anyone, we will be back!
Note - A set of oven gloves would of been really handy and perhaps a anti bac spray but this is no way a negative just an added improvement.
Surrounding recommendations -
We went out for Sunday dinner during our stay to a restaurant called ‘Poachers Brasserie’, it was a 10 minute drive but so worth it. The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly.
We also visited Thurlston garden centre and tea room for breakfast. So adorable and the food was very good!
Would also recommend a visit to twycross zoo!

Thank you Olivia for taking the time to leave such a great review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Mallory Meadows and enjoyed exploring the area. I am so sorry the oven gloves were missing in your cabin during your stay - they should have been there and this has now been rectified. Great recommendations! Poachers Brasserie has been added to our gide book and we plan to try it for our selves very soon :-) We look forward to welcoming you back next time, thanks once again, Emily - Jane & Chris

Me and my partner chose to stay at the Mallory Meadows with our little dog to celebrate the New Year and our anniversary and it was the perfect choice.
We stayed for 4 nights in the squirrel lodge, on our arrival we was greeted by the owners Emily and Chris who were very friendly and helpful.
The lodge was very cozy and well equipped, everything we needed for our stay including a very thoughtful gift, bowls and treats for the dog, we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location, very clean, overall 5* star.
Thank you for our lovely break, we will be back in the future.

You will NOT be disappointed! We stayed in one of the roundhouses (Jenny Wren) it was absolutely beautiful, super clean, so many little finishing personalised touches which just make your stay so much better and a lovely handwritten welcome letter with a few goodies. Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing, calm break away as Jenny Wren is located in a very private position.
The weather was amazing when we stayed during the Easter break (2022) we would 100% recommend to anyone to visit. If you’re into walking we’d recommend Bradgate Park it’s beautiful there and you will see lots of deer. We will definitely be looking to book again! (Also the owners, Emily-Jane & Chris are super friendly and welcoming)

Had booked through Hoeseasons for December 20/January 21 but got moved back a year due to COVID. Arrived to a warm welcome, immaculately clean lodge and a lovely rural location. We stayed in Hedgehog, one of the 2 smaller lodges but there was still plenty of room, a king sized bed, well equipped kitchen and a very good bathroom. Hot tub was lovely and made good use of this throughout the stay. Nicely located with fencing to make it private and towels provided. Ventured out to explore the local area most days, and the online guidebook provided by the hosts was very useful. Easy access to Leicester city centre, restaurants, local shops, walks and other visitor attractions. Only downside was located quite near to the road which was quite noisy at times but this wouldn’t put us off returning again. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a break away from the hassle and stress of life.

What a lovely place from the moment we walked into Jenny wren, our host Emily-Jane greated us with our key we went into Jenny wren which was just lovely just like the pictures on the web site, the small little touches are just wonderful what they left for us from the complementry tea/coffee and hot chocolate and a nice bottle of flavored water to the box of chocolates and crisps. Also the beautiful ladybird chocolates that was left on our pillows. The hosts are really helpful and will help you in anyway they can. We went off everyday to places just a short drive away such nice places to see if you don't mind driving, would recommend Market Bosworth and Market Harborough.
You definitely don't need to bring anything with you there is plenty of utensils if you wish to cook, we ate out Evernight just drove off for the day and ate wherever we went, a must is the old dairy pub/restaurant I would say more restaurant than pub for Sunday lunch 3 coarse for £19.99 the food was lovely. Would also recommend the Windmill Inn as the food is amazing and they made us feel very welcome.
Really peacefull and relaxing stay to the area

We have just returned from a lovely weekend getaway at Mallory Meadows. We stayed in the Jenny Wren roundhouse. On arrival we were met by Emily-Jane who showed us to the roundhouse situated in a private area full of beautiful lighting, flowers and a lovely view. The house was stunning, spotless, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Emily-Jane talked us through how to use the hot tub and other facilities and gave us information on local points of interest and nearby shops, restaurants and takeaways.
The hot tub added to the setting and was so relaxing looking out at the view whilst having a nice soak.
We did have a small issue with the towel rail not coming on, but Chris came over straight away and got it working within minutes.
Amazing hosts, amazing accommodation, amazing location and an amazing weekend.
Thank you Chris and Emily-Jane
*note. Accommodation is self catering, our advice would be to stop on route to pick up any groceries as the nearby shop doesn’t have the best supplies x

I booked this in February after a very challenging start to the year, with the forethought that we’d need a break, somewhere to catch our breath and restart.
What an amazing time we’ve had. We felt relaxed and looked after from the moment we pulled up. Every detail had been thought of, from kitchen equipment, to the comfiest bed, to the little chocolates on the towels. The cabin is immaculate and definitely COVID-secure. The hot tub is cleaned and sanitised daily too.
This weekend has been so restorative and so desperately needed. We’ve done some long walks, explored Market Bosworth, made friends with your local shopkeeper, sampled some local pubs, relaxed in the hot tub and cooked up some amazing food.
It’s so quiet and peaceful, apart from the gorgeous birdsong and occasional dog walker on the footpath behind.
We enjoyed our stay so much we checked the see if we could book a couple of nights extra, but alas, they were fully booked, which is lovely to see.
It’s been a fantastic break from start to finish - if you’re hovering over the ‘book’ button and have come here to read reviews, this is your sign to book!
This break was exactly what we’ve needed, thank you Emily-Jane and Chris so much.

Just arrived back from another lovely peaceful stay at Mallory. We find it hard with our jobs to spend quality time together and this place is just amazing bringing you closer in tranquil surroundings. If you ever need time out from town life - I would highly recommend Mallory Meadows The owners are friendly and helpful, the lodges are spotlessly clean and cosy and the surroundings and wildlife with the hot tub make it perfect.
Thanks again for a lovely stay - see you next year 😘😊
