Beautiful cottage with lovely room and garden. Jane is the perfect hostess with a fabulous breakfast, this is our third visit and won’t be our last, so relaxing sitting in the garden with a glass of wine or short walk to the pub thank you again for you hospitality

My husband and I stayed at Frampton Cottage for our wedding night in July 2016. The room is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the setting is perfect in quaint Crondall village. Jane was very welcoming, letting us drop our bags there the day before and cooking us an excellent breakfast on the morning after. She looked after my dietary requirements well, providing me with lots of options for both cooked and cold breakfast. We would definitely recommend the cottage for a romantic break.

This was a real find. The bed and breakfast has only one large room. This had an open fire and four poster bed, which was extremely comfortable. There was a large bathroom, for sole use just next door. The lady of the house was very friendly and our every need was met. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of menu. On arrival I was a little concerned as we were met with 2 dogs and the entrance was a little untidy however our room was spotless, as was the breakfast area. I would definitely recommend this B&B and hope to use it again. it is also just a short walk to a very nice pub for supper.

Found this b&b whilst looking for somewhere local to stay near the oak park golf club. Jane has done a fabulous job of making it a five star experience the attention to detail is stunning. The four poster bed is soooo comfy. You are made to feel very welcome nothing is too much trouble. We had our own little annex and even our own garden space where we could relax with a glass of wine or beer. It has everything you need even an open fire which in the winter would be really cosy. The freshly cooked breakfast to order was the best I have tasted in a long time, with fresh fruit yoghurt and cereals to start. Jane loves her home and shared its history with us it very interesting. It was worth every penny and we will definitely go back, keep up the good work.

The best B&B we stayed in. Lovely romantic atmosphere, great hosting from Jane. Well thought little details made it special. It is like step back in time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable night. Planning to return.
