I stayed 3 nights in this wonderful B&B. The farmhouse is beautiful and the room was 5* plus. Extremely comfortable big bed. Great shower and bathroom. TV, wifi , tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer. There was even small fridge outside the room. Breakfast was fabulous and plenty of it. The room is in the main house but is very...

Stayed for just one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. Fabulous B&B in a beautiful quiet surrounding. The King room was perfect, comfy bed, good shower and tea/coffee facilities. Fridge in the hallway just outside the rooms so there is always fresh milk. Breakfast was massive, cereals, fruit, juice, full English and delicious coffee. I won't be eating...

Although it was a very short stay of only two nights we felt very welcomed. A beautiful garden with peaceful surroundings. Carol and Johnny made us feel at home. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and the cosy lounge. We highly recommend this B & B.

Myself and my partner stayed here for the last week in October, 2015. We couldn't recommend the place more! The B&B itself is just on the outskirts of Gamlingay, set in a tranquil and peaceful private garden. The house is immaculately clean and very comfortable to stay in. Carol and Johnny are perfect hosts, friendly but not imposing on your...

We were attending a wedding evening party and were attracted to this B and B primarily for its' proximity to the venue. We were so glad we stumbled upon it! It's located in a tranquil setting with well-appointed and very comfortable rooms. We had a great night's sleep as a result. Breakfast was a leisurely treat - the beautiful fresh...

My wife and I stayed here for one Saturday night whilst visiting the area to take part in an archery tournament. The room we had was very comfortable, clean, modern and reasonably priced. I liked the fact that there was a fridge available so one can have fresh milk with the tea of coffee which was in the room and...

We stayed overnight as friends were getting married in the village. Weren't we the lucky ones to have found the Paddock and its wonderful hosts! The rooms were really comfortable with everything you would ever need. We were treated to a lovely breakfast. My husband and son had a cooked breakfast which looked (and apparently tasted ) gorgeous. Carol was...

We chose The Paddock primarily because of its location - midway between Cambridge and Bedford - we needed to visit both places over the weekend. The house is set just outside the village and is in quiet peaceful surroundings. Carol and John made us feel very welcome; our room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfasts excellent. We will definitely...

Have stayed here a number of times now and always find the room spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is lovely with countryside views and SO peaceful. Carol and Johnny and very friendly hosts and couldn't make you feel more welcome, plus Carol's breakfast is fantastic! Location wise easy access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. The village centre is...

“I think both rooms face onto the gardens and are quiet. The house itself is set back from the road so there is very little general traffic noise anyway.”
