At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodges provide a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of up to four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total). Each lodge has a modern kitchen is equipped with all your kitchen essentials including oven, dishwasher, wine fridge and a large breakfast bar. The spacious bedrooms have individual lakeside views, featuring super-king sized beds (which can also be split into singles on request) and flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath, double vanity basins and separate walk-in showers. The open plan living area has French doors leading on to the decking area which includes garden furniture and private hot tub.

I have honestly not felt so relaxed. Such a lovely place, very relaxing on the lake. A lovely gift on arrival and lovely surprise having the Xmas tree up. Pillows and duvet were so comfortable felt like sleeping in a cloud!! Will definitely be returning.

Brilliant stay. The lodge is wonderful, in the most idyllic setting. So lovely to sit in the hot tub with a glass of Prosecco watching the swans swim on the lake. Everything you need is there and more!

From the minute we arrived we knew we were going to love it! The lodge is so cosy and the lodge has everything you could need. The hot tub is lovely and overlooks the lake. We will definitely go back!

An unbelievable experience. Hands down the best lodge weekend me and my partner have had. Cambridgeshire Lakes think of absolutely everything when it comes to a weekend away. Could not recommend enough. The view is unreal and a nice added bonus to the experience.

Just come back from a wonderful stay. Everything was just perfect and the most relaxing break I have been on. Hot tub made it extra special. Will definitely return. Just an idea would be lovely to be able to take our dogs somewhere like this so making one lodge dog friendly would be great.

A wonderful midweek break! An ideal location for a beautiful lodge. it was spotless on our arrival and had everything we could possibly want. A beautiful setting on a lake, so peaceful the perfect place for relaxing. The hot tub was great and well used. The lodge was ideally situated for visiting Cambridge, Ely and Wimpole Hall.

My 6th stay at the lodge and it seems to get better every time. The landlord is so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. They will always go the extra yard to make your stay that bit more perfect! Everything was awesome start to finish, stunning views, comfy beds and ideal location for a peaceful get away. I for one will be returning very shortly. Get booked up ASAP, you really don’t want to miss out on staying in a location like this!

If you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic break in a tranquil location then this is the spot for you. We went as a four and stayed for the weekend and none of us wanted to leave, it’s absolutely perfect, the lodge is well furnished and has everything you need (especially air conditioning, needed that this weekend as it was 31 degrees). Definitely recommend this place, we’re coming back soon for sure!

What an amazing place to stay. If you’re looking for calm and relaxation then definitely book here! We came as a family of 4 and the place had so much room. The lake is so pretty and the area is so quiet that it was exactly what we were looking for. The lodge is furnished beautifully and to such a high standard, it has everything you need. 3 nights here went so quickly. There’s easy parking right next to the lodge, a lovely hot tub, decking area, BBQ, outside dining table and loungers. Inside there is a large living/ dining/ kitchen area with TV, 2 large bedrooms each with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. They provide a small body wash, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion so I’d recommend bringing your own. The lodge provide tea, coffee and sugar but you need your own milk so worth baring in mind. A big Tesco supermarket was less than 10 mins away but a smaller Tesco or co-op can be found 5 mins away. We travelled all around the local area to visit different restaurants, pubs and attractions. We can’t wait to come back!…
