I think George must have been having an “off” day when we arrived for a one night stay over last weekend. Nobody in reception to check us in on two occasions when we tried to do so. Had to find the barman for information....he was...More
Some staff were brilliant, others weren't. Large golfing group dominated dining room, lounge and staff time. Food was excellent.Young woman eating ice cream while on her phone behind reception didn't create a good impression upon arrival.

Haven't seen many puffins in this area. The best place, as far as I am concerned is Bempton cliffs, between Scarborough and Bridlington., North Yorkshire. Lots of good comfortable accommodation available in this area.
