Detailed Reviews
I must say Warren farm in a whole was a good campsite, it was clean with large pitches. The toilets and showers was regularly cleaned however… we came during a heatwave and there’s no way of turning the heat down on the showers! They was far too hot for children and also not at all refreshing for adults in hot weather! Every single person I spoke to staying on the site was complaining about the same thing! Not only was it an inconvenience it’s also uneconomical to the site to be wasting so much energy when it’s not wanted or needed. The cafe and shops on site was good enough and I think I would return in the future.

We are a couple, staying out of season in May. Campsite and amenities were quiet. This would without doubt been an excellent, but for the check out time for the premium en-suite pitch we had. Amenities are excellent, very clean with well laid out pitches. Staff were friendly with excellent facilities nearby. As a dog owner it was the best we’ve have stayed at great dog walking on site and close by on the beach. But be warned there are a lot of dogs on site so make sure the temperament of your dog can withstand that. My only complaint is check out for the premium en-suite is 1000, but elsewhere on site ranges from 1100 to 1600. When paying premium rates I expect premium comfort. When suggesting that maybe check out at 1200 with check in at 1400 could be looked at, the receptionist was not interested and said well people have other jobs not simply cleaning the three en-suite pitches. Two things, at least pretend the customers view is worth something and secondly look at ways the three pitches could be cleaned in two hours, surely not to hard to organise. PS the grass was not cut prior to my arrival.

Stayed here with my husband and 3 children one of whom is a 7 month old baby and our dog. We stayed in field 11 on the pet friendly side. I was pleasantly surprised.
On arrival we were told to go to field 11 and choose a pitch. There was plenty of choice despite being the busy 6 week holidays and the site being busy. Whilst we pitched our tent the children went off playing as the park runs through the middle of the field. We could see them all the time which was just perfect for us.
I then went to see the toilet / shower block which was in the next field. I couldn’t believe how clean they were. The blocks are cleaned almost constantly throughout the day and are never closed for cleaning which again I was really happy about. There was a baby bath area too which again was always nice and clean.
The showers were powerful and always nice and hot and there were plenty of them.
There were several play areas, all well kept and the kids loved them. There was a free bouncy castle that would often be there. A 2 mile dog walk which was perfect for our morning runs with the dog.
You have to book for the entertainment at the beachcomber. We were initially disappointed as we tried to book about 6 weeks before and it was showing as fully booked. However we checked when we were on the site and there were slots available and we managed to get a table by booking online the same day. The entertainment was good, the children loved it too, something for everyone.
The food in the beachcomber was reasonably priced and really tasty.
Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend for families.

Due to the covid pandemic the holiday was allready going to be alot different than usual.
We stayed in one of the static caravans.
The caravan itself was very up to date and modern and also very clean. A great location for alot of days out and seaside towns. Having a Chinese and fish and chip shop (great food btw )down the road along with a pub and other various shops was another huge plus.
This biggest positive was the beach being so close to the site you can literally walk out of your caravan round the corner down a slope and your on the beach not many sites have this on their doorstep.
The negatives some out of the sites hands I must add but still unfortunately due to the location signal for phones was poor lucky to get even one bar at times sometimes nothing at all. I opted to pay for the week WiFi for two devices for £15 hoping we would have better signal to check days out and book tickets to attractions in advance. This also was absolutely rubbish only time it would be fairly decent was stood out in the carpark and with the weather being abit hit and miss last thing I wanted to do was stand in the rain trying to get a good signal. The arcade on site was a bit on the older side due to covid restrictions some parts were closed due to this which is understandable. But the machines were dated some of which were not working, broke or switched off.

Just come back Saturday after a week, 12 family members camping we hired 2 camping pitches this was our first time doing this and we was not disappointed the camp site itself is excellent value for money, its clean so much space, we had 2 dogs and was in field 5, it did get a bit windy but that was expected due to weather not being so great and being on the coast. we took windbreakers which everyone seemed to do to have privacy around your tents. toilets and showers cleaned non stop, club house great good entertainment 80's electric evening brilliant, drinks reasonable price, ice-cream parlour delicious.
we walked about 20-30minutes down the road to main Brean and went to a place called the Place above some shops good food there.
Everything was better then we expected would recommend this place to anyone.
Loved everyone having all different lights up around there camps with the light up flag poles.
Market on site on a Wednesday brilliant if your into that selling anything and everything
Fab first time camping
Thank You

We have recently returned from our second stay at Warren Farm and we will definitely be back for more. After almost 10 years or owning a touring caravan this is one of the best, if not the best, site we have stayed at.
The toilet and shower facilities are kept spotless, plenty of room on the pitches and loads of open space around the site to enjoy, plus a fishing lake. There are two well stocked shops, a great cafe, two takeaways and an amusement arcade/indoor play area as well as numerous outdoor play areas for the kids.
The Beachcomber bar and restaurant has a good reasonably priced menu for food and drinks. The only disappointment this time was that we couldn't get a table in the entertainment venue due to reduced capacity because of the covid19 situation so if you want to enjoy the entertainment make sure you book your tables early this year.
Credit to all the staff at Warren Farm for keeping things ticking over.

I would highly recommend Warren Farm for everyone there is really helpful. If you do not want to drive once your are there the bus is a short walk from the entrance to either Burnham or Weston. My husband and I were weary of using the camp toilets and showers before arriving at Warren Farm especially with Covid and Variants still around. However I have to say that Vicky & Derek kept the toilets, wash areas and showers to such a high standard that Warren Farm should be awarding them a medal. I have never seen such immaculate facilites such as these they were kept continuiously clean all day and night long. Thank you for your hard work.

+1
Once again, we had a lovely holiday at Warren Farm. We stayed on field 5. Very windy at times due to the proximity of the coastline I guess, but I’d bought strong pegs so our tent stayed put. Everything was open and we enjoyed meals at Ness’ Cafe, we had hoped to eat at The Beachcomber but the kitchen was closed for two out of our 3 days and I didn’t fancy the burger van supplied in lieu. We’ve been to this site for the past 6/7 years and always have a great time. The shower/toilet/laundry blocks are always spotless and the staff are just so friendly. It really is a great site and only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach!

I stay at Warren farm the same time each year . I book for 10 nights and I end up staying for 3 weeks extending each time . We absolutely love it there . It’s so dog friendly everywhere . We have sat through some storms with our tent with the wind off the beach but we got through them this year we lost a gazebo and our side extension part we used as our kitchen to the wind which also put a big whole in our main tent in which we managed to seal untill we got home . The fishing lake is spotless my son have taken up fishing this year and he will spend everyday there . I have to say the lady who cleans sunny side is so lovely . She really don’t get the credit she deserves from people staying there . The mess some people make is so bad and she’s always singing humming to the music and carry’s on with her work calm and I always made time to speak to her when I went in the showers/toilets . I wanted to say goodbye when I was leaving and say thank you for keeping us clean and safe during this pandemic but I couldn’t find her . Her husband also helps keep Warren clean and tidy and the both of them really are a credit to Warren farm . The pitches are big enough and always clean . The only down side is the rule of no commercial vans . With being down there so long and one adult needing to still leave for work at 6am working in Bristol it was hard to find parking for the van and also having to keep going back and forth the van for little bits we keep in there that can’t be stored in the tent . they really are no different to a car sat there and don’t harm anyone but we did respect the rules and remove it from the site .
Great friendly family site with everything within reach of you shopping/pubs/Chinese etc . I will see you next year the same time . Fingers crossed no storms this time I need a new tent now from that last storm . All part of the fun and the beach is only across the road which is a bonus .
