Newly converted, the self-catering Tamar Orchard Barn is set in the peaceful 2 acre grounds of the house and is 'dog friendly'. The open plan living area retains features of the ancient listed barn but is designed in a contemporary style that echoes the character of the old orchard Barn. Facilities include a king size bed, beautifully appointed natural stone shower room with under-floor heating, well-appointed kitchen area, free wifi, and Freeview TV/DVD. The Barn's French doors overlook a south facing rose garden, which is dog secure, where you can just relax and enjoy the bird song or alfresco dining from the BBQ, whilst absorbing the breathtaking views of the Tamar Valley. You are welcome to treat yourself to a special cooked breakfast in the main house. Whether staying in the luxury of the B&B or the Barn, you are always welcome to relax in the unique, horticultural 'treasure trove' gardens. There is a local 'dog friendly' pub within walking distance, which serves excellent home cooked lunches, whilst other local hostelries offer evening meals, most of which are also 'dog friendly'. Unfortunately, due to the ornamental ponds, the property is not suitable for children. There is plenty of free car parking space.
