Nice big rooms recently renovated, exceptional dinner! The chef is the best! Breakfast was far for a 4 star hotel, only cold food with the exception of scrambled eggs which taste was bad. Nice spa, but the pool is only outside, so it might be a problem in winter for small kids. The spa was overcrowded and there were a lot of small kids shouting and eating everywhere, including in the sauna and at the pool!! The manager said that he could do nothing about this. I didn't like the location,outside the center on a steep hill. it is NOT recommended for elderly people or children .I am 50 years old, I have no cardiac problem and it was a challenge to arrive to the hotel by foot. There is no city bus between 11.20-14.30 to the hotel, I find no taxi from the center, even I have called 4-5 taxi numbers. So, for somebody that is not skiing, it is the worst location! For skiers there is a hotel shuttle to the ski lift, but only till 10.30 and from 15.30-18. You have no possibility to have lunch at the hotel (nothing, not even a sandwich) so you have to go out and to wait till the first bus after 14.20 to return to the hotel.…

What a wonderful week we had in this great hotel. The hospitality was perfect, both upon arrival and also the service throughout the week. Fantastic dining and a gorgeous Wellness with a great view over the village. Thanks again and we will certainly be back again !

We stayed here for two nights and I only wish we had stayed longer!! The local area is fantastic for scenery and hiking and the town of Ortisei is so charming! We picked this hotel because of the location, ease of parking and the spectacular views and I can only say that we made a fantastic choice! There is a spacious parking lot, and the top area fills up so check down below if there aren't any spaces up top. Our room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and an amazing view of town so we could sit out on our balcony and enjoy the view and fresh mountain air! The bed was super comfy too! The main downside was the shower. There is a glass partition to help keep the water in, but it doesn't do a great job so the floor gets all covered in water, so be careful, don't leave clothes on the floor. The amenities at this hotel are fantastic! They have a pool, a sauna and various other spa features, including you can book massages. They really cater to people who stay longer, offering guided group hikes in the nearby mountains (one reason I wish we had stayed longer). The breakfast spread offered by the hotel is fantastic! Hot and cold food, cheeses, cold cut meats, pastries, fruit and veggies, yogurt, eggs, juice, everything! We also ate dinner at the hotel one night and the food was amazing, definitely worth it, and after a long day of hiking in the mountains, it was nice not to have to leave the hotel in the evening. Great place to get away for the weekend or a whole week. The spa offers some breath taking views and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. The hotel is right next to the slopes, so you can start the Sella Ronda directly from there :)

Friendly, high quality, complete, great food, ambitious but not pretentious hotel. Great view over Ortisei from all angles. Can ski down to Sieser alm cabin today and from the Seiser Alm to the hotel from 2020. While elevated from the crowd it is still conveniently located close enough to Ortisei center. Great personnel with a personal touch. Wellness area is very nice with great views as well. Excellent cook and excellent masseuse!
