What a wonderful place to stay. The host, Muriel, was extremely welcoming and made us feel straight at home. A lovely house. Rooms were clean and extraordinary. Breakfast was incredible. Would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely Chambre d'hote well positioned for stopping off en route to or from south of France. We stayed for one night on our return home to England from the Dordogne. The owners were very welcoming and accommodation clean, spacious and comfortable- we stayed in a lovely building beyond the garden with two spacious bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen area. We enjoyed...

Three of us spent four nights staying in this amazing B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Muriel and Jean-Jacques who could not have been more helpful throughout. We stayed in their cottage which was spotless and well maintained. The breakfasts were wonderful with everything local and a delicious choice of things to eat. Our trip was designed to visit a...

This is our second stay at Le jardin de Muriel. We were made most welcome. We knew the room and bathroom would be excellent and we were able to use the sitting room during the evening. I had emailed to say we would bring our own gluten free bread and Muriel was happy to toast this and provide boiled eggs...

I stayed here about 6 years ago whilst passing through on my own. I loved the place then and I loved it again now. My friend and I stayed 2 nights and Muriel was just as warm, friendly and helpful this time as last. Talking with other Brits over breakfast it's obvious we all think she and her husband are...

We happened upon this B&B by coincidence. This is the spectacular and elegant home of Muriel and her lovely husband. It is a B&B but with a difference. First of all the picture above does not do their home justice. Muriel has 3 bedrooms and an annex for a family at the bottom of the incredible garden. The bedroom we...

Looking for a night's respite we stayed at Le Jardin de Muriel en route to Calais. What a fortunate find. Our hostess and her charming husband could not have made us more welcome. We sat in the lovely garden with them and enjoyed a refreshing cool drink and learnt a little more about Saint Saens. The house is situated in...

When we left after our one night stay we asked each other what faults could we find in this perfect venue. It says a lot about the place when the only negative comment I could make is that I had no idea as to why their wifi pass code needed to be so long!!!! On that subject the wifi signal...

This was our first stay at Le Jardin de Muriel even though we've visited St Saens twice before. We chose to stay in the little cottage which is very quiet and has a very comfortable bed, taking breakfast in the main house with the other guests. Such a civilised start to the day, with lovely food and freshly made coffee...
