The hotel is old and at some places, it shows. However, our experience was all around pleasant. We had big rooms with huge balconies that were great for late night chilling! The pool area was awesome and the pool bar had happy hour every afternoon. The location was decent, around 15min walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops... More

I very rarely write reviews but thought that this was a little gem we found and would hope others might also want to experience. I'll start with the not so good points. 1. It must have been such a classy grand old hotel in its day. A fresh coat all outside would chnage peoples perception so much 2. Few broken... More

Good, big hotel. Start to get a little used. Good swimming and great location. I payd small money for good and big room. I give the hotel closer to 3 stars but if everything was perfect here it would be a 5 star hotell. Small tv on the room. The bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. Dirt in... More

absolutely awsome hotel. definitely need to eat breakfast there, great value and super clean. our room was amazing and we even got upgraded for free on arrival. the place looks run down on the outside but the service food and accommodation was brilliant. i will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone. 5minute walk from restaurants and markets.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and room. Reasons being: 1. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and allowed to check in despite it being only 11am (check in is at 2pm). 2. The gorgeous split level pools are a very nice touch to the hotel. 3. The overall design and décor is old world vintage antique wooden charm... More

Well the time I came here, the hotel was pretty empty. The swimming pools were only occupied by my family and I, in the breakfast, it was just my family! Overall I had a very relaxing stay, but the hotel seemed deserted.

I had a 10 night stay at this hotel. Can't fault the staff, they were absolutely lovely and very friendly.I was up graded to a fabulously big room with a large balcony and swing which also gave off a wonderful view of the sea in the distance and partial view to the pool area. The hotel on the whole was kept clean but... Staff were friendly. the room I got was big, had a free upgrade. Nice and clean. View from the balcony was alright. All the services you need can get from the hotel, such as spa, pool, gym, vehicle rental, tour booking etc. Their prices are comparable with those outside. Breakfast was average for me tho. but is not so important... More

After looking through the reviews I felt a little mixed feelings about the hotel. But when I arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warmth welcome and refreshments. We were then personally brought to our room by the staff. To our surprise the room was really clean and nicely decorated for our honeymoon. Do not be deceived by the... More

The property is built majestically, with lot of woodwork and spacious rooms, great balcony with sea view, nice amenities. Lot of areas need renovation. Located 10 minutes from Ao nang beach. Rooms were well maintained, service was good and food was also OK. Would have been great had the renovation been completed.
