I love to party but would not sacrafice the service for a good time. The rooms are horrible and dirty. The management is horrible. AND MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE DEPOSIT....THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I will never stay there again!

I stayed in their "Rock and Roll" rooms twice and they're not bad at all if you're there to go out. If you plan to stay in the room a lot, this isn't the place for you. Be advised, in these rooms, it will feel like you're in the club until they close because the music plays loud until early...

BEWARE - Pay cash for your room, or they will charge extra charges to your credit card. Forget about trying to get a refund back from the hotel once they charge you. I had to go through my credit card company and protest the charge. Don't get me wrong - the Festival Plaza is a great place to go if...

This is definitely a party hotel. I had a blast. The hotel overall is ok. If you use the parking lot there, your car is taken care of you don't have to worry.I would suggest when you reserve the hotel to reserve only for two and pay for extra people at check in .The cost for an extra person is...

Went to Rosarito June 12-13 and stayed at this hotel. Paid $100 for 1 night. We got to look at the room before taking it and it was okay, at best. TIP: Check to make sure the window if facing the outside, can lock. Our window was broken and anyone could have easily broken into our room. They could have...

I have to say that The Festival Plaza Hotel is the perfect Spring Break hotel. There are a ton of rooms, so your always running into and meeting new people, There are two clubs downstairs, that most can see from their window, that you can go check out and leave anytime. Unless you stay in the Rock and Roll Taco...

This was written by another reviewer and this is sooooo correct, no lie. It was so bad that every night we would drive to Encenada to get out of Rosarito. The toll road was like $5 one way but it was well worth it. Everywhere you went it was over priced in Rosarito and just like going to the states,...

Festival is in a central location - right around where all the bars and clubs are. Iggy's is right across the street. Rock 'n Roll Taco is only 75ft from the Festival entrance. Papas&Beer is around the corner. It may be a bit noisy for light sleepers since some of the rooms are next to Rock 'n Roll Taco. If...
