For those seeking to evade the chillier climes of a frozen continent, I couldn't recommend a better place than Acapulco. The week I spent in Las Torres Gemelas Private Suites, was as good as I could have wished for. The LTGPS manager, James Guzman, could not have been more helpful in making the break a smooth one, and he helped...

Right on the ocean with superb views of Acapulco bay. Suite was clean, comfortable and quiet even though the hotel is located in the centre of town. Great internet, satelite TV, and a wall safe in the room. I liked the fact you can relax in the room enjoying the view and the sound of the waves breaking below, or...

This is a great place to stay. Acapulco is a loud, hot city and with a room in LTGPS you'll have a clean, cool and quiet place to relax: A wonderful view of Acapulco's bay, a big TV with a big sound system, quiet airconditioning and boxspring mattresses for a pleasant sleeping experience. I noticed that the LTG Private Suites...

Excellent place to stay. Newly renovated, new appliances, new satelite TV and internet. Great ocean view. In the building there is cheap place for breakfast/lunch (Jenny's) or can eat in the restaurant (such as buffet) Right outside is inexpensive and very tasty Taquerias. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, malls. Private lobby, pool, and beach areas for relaxing. Safe and quiet....

This is the most amazing place I've ever been. My girlfriend and I were in shock by the location. Club Paradise was right next door, all of the usual bed made, towels and the food there was exquisite. Breakfast was cheap $3 or 45 (Peso's) so we grabbed that and hit the town each morning when we weren't relaxing on...

We lodged there with a family of five. Two adults, one senior, a teen and baby. Definitely spacious enough for all and the view was beautiful BUT the previous tenants that occupied the space had gotten robbed... We were advised to take all valuables, ipads, etc with us. It made me very uncomfortable wondering if when we walked in we...

I am sorry to hear that you were made to feel uncomfortable during your visit with us. The incident that took place was a one time incident and the perpetrators were caught and the property was returned to the owner. There have been many precautions that have been put into place to make sure these types of thing don't happen....

I stayed in the Penthouse, which was really a 3-floor two FULL bedroom suite....by myself! Next time I'm bringing a crew with me. Yes, there will be a next time. The view from all floors was spectacular, but the view from the top floor deck of my suite (fit 15-20 or so just on the deck), which was essentially a...

I stayed here in July with a mate , and we had a great time ... I stayed in both the studio ( with my girlfriend ) and the penthouse, and would recommend both to anyone travelling to Acapulco. I have been to Acapulco many times before, and will definitely look to stay here on my next visit , which...

Every day, I'd walk into my suite and see the couch, beds, desk, glass wall, and beyond that wall the patio and Pacific ocean and think, "Good lord, am I really here?" The staff was polite and helpful. But then again it seemed like everyone in the city was polite and helpful. Even the lobby was amazing. Open air and...

You are in the very center of Acapulco bay and the view is to die for. We stayed up high, which made the experience spectacular. Management is responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. You are near everything in Acapulco. The breakfast bar in the lobby is very good, served in the typical Mexican style. The front desk staff speaks excellent...

“I would suggest Fiesta Americana. We received more attention and service walking by this hotel then we received in one week (after repeated calls by us and Hotels.com) at Las Torres Gemales. In preparation for our next trip to Acapulco a staff member at Fiesta Americana showed us their rooms, which were very nice. They sold us on customer service alone. My advise is not to stay at Las Torres! It's about 2 or 3 hotels down next to Starbucks.”
