I booked my stay based on the positive reviews on Trip Advisor and the fact that we had rented a villa with the same company at Emerald Bay, but we were arriving a couple of days before gaining access to our villa. I was completely shocked at the condition of our room on

PB Mazatlan is located in the heart of the tourist zone making the location ideal. The beach is amazing and it's only walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My daughter and I enjoyed the low key atmosphere of Mazatlan and this resort. The resort was 1/2 under

Normally, I'd give this resort a 5 star and have stayed her at least 11 times. This time had it's up and downs. Cons: First suite was infested with ants in the kitchen forcing us to throw away food (even in microwave) and not be able to cook. Reported 10am and came back after

This has been my first time in Mazatlan. I must say that December is a great month to visit if peace and quiet is what you’re looking for. I have really never been too much of a heat lover so this was the perfect time for me as even when it got relatively hot I didn’t get

Always such a treat to stay here. The staff is friendly and attentive. Many of the staff have become friends of my family. The resort is undergoing renovations but they have done a great job keeping noise to a minimum and accommodating guests. Cilantros is under construction but

I believe the only restaurant with menu limitations is Angelos. It is high end and evening only. All other restaurants in the hotel are fully compatible with the all inclusive program. We have been going to PB Mazatlan yearly since 1996 and have never been disappointed. Enjoy your holiday!! Great staff as well.

If a relaxing vacation is what you’re planning then I would say you should go for the all-inclusive as you would just have to get there and order. Only some of the restaurants requiere a reservation, but drinks and food are pretty much included in the package. Food is delicious, but since they are Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán and Pueblo Bonito at Emerald Bay you should try all out. There’s bus service between resorts so you can get to each property easily.

As of Oct. 2018 the Phase 1 was not done and they had not started the phase 2. They did mention that phase one could be done by March 2019 but not looking like it will be done.

Beaches are all public. you can use the beach. now sitting under one of their pollappas (umbrellas) then you may get booted or order food or drink. Things are changing as they have new ownership. All beaches are for the public and you can usually find a vender to rent an umbrella or chair if you want.
