Clean & spacious rooms. Front desk needs to be more responsive. Horrible WiFi, it would connect for 1 minute then disconnect for hours until it connected again on its own. There’s a chance I would recommend this place & stay here

We’ve been coming to Mazatlán for 12 years and always stayed here. We found out that there were new owners and decided to book this year here as well. They did some maintenance improvements, but apparently they let some of their best staff go. Happy hour stopped a year or so

It was tough trying to find any options for a 4-5 star resort to spend the day at. Bring from Canada, I was a bit weary of the Ramada and Holiday Inn properties that were listed as being 4-5 star so I went this this “local” one. At the end of the day, I can’t say that the Palms

Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. Our beds and pillows were horrible; we had so much trouble sleeping. Also, we ordered a shrimp ceviche at the restaurant and couldn’t see any shrimp until we started digging around and then it looked like one small shrimp cut into

Does this hotel have rollaway cots?
Is there a shuttle from the airport to this hotel?
Shoot I'm not sure but don't do the taxi. do and uber its lot cheaper than the taxis. And keep an eye on your clothes. Particularly your underwear . My cousin told me that it's hard to find good affordable underwear in Mexico so she wasn't surprised that my underwear and my son's underwear went missing.

We were there in late Jan and didnt see many young kids nor had any issues what-so-ever with college kids. The rooms were great, as was the hotel. You can buy bottled water anywhere at decent prices and keep it in the fridge in the rooms. The hotel store was reasonable in cost.

Can you drink water out of tap in your room? Do they allow early checkin, at noon?
They say yes but I prefer to walk across the street and go to Oxxo and purchase a gallon of water. The gallon of water is very cheap there and they have all the necessity you may need on a quick run to the store.

We never used the plan however we did eat at the restaurants. The hotel has an inside restaurant that serves breakfast/brunch, a pool side restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a coffee bar. All are very reasonably priced. However, we were there for 2 weeks and wanted something different. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance of hotel.
