Sea garden palace review Arrival from airport: we tried to order an Uber but with no Spanish language experience we could not understand where to meet the Uber driver so we opted for a taxi which came out to $24 USD. Check in: fairly smooth. After getting your keys they advise you to go to the concierge desk to pick...

We booked at the Ocean Breeze Hotel which is actually the Sea Garden Mazatlan but booked as a hotel rather than through a timeshare. That said the Sea Garden and Mayan Palace (both on this property) are primarily timeshare resorts and you will be asked to attend a meeting. We chose this property as family was staying in the Mayan...

Took vacation with 5 other couples. We were the only couple with a child. Resort was great for all of us. Very friendly and for adults and had accommodations for children. We went fishing one day and the chef prepared our catch for the evening meal. Easy access to the city tourist areas via local open air cab. We ventured...

The hotel was awesome we had a great time with all the activities staff! We played volleyball and tequila volleyball at the beach and pool. The karaoke with Walter was great also, it would be better if it was at the lobby. We also played soccer with Katya and dalice! We hope to come back next year

We're at the Sea Garden every November, but this year the pool is the cleanest it's ever been thanks to new staff. Half of it is closed off during construction and the noise is sometimes loud, but there's another pool to use and the beach is there, also. The food at the restaurant is good and the service is terrific...

Fun in the sun. We are enjoying our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room could use a little updating and larger bathrooms. The photos are posted at request of gal who assisted with activities at the pool. Food is great but cheaper in town.

We just returned from a nice week at the Mayan Sea Garden in Mazatlán. Upon arrival, I was given the choice of a room with a garden view in the Mayan Palace or a room with an ocean view in the Mayan Sea Garden. I chose the ocean view room even though it was the older room yet still very...

I am an owner with Mayan Palace, and have been to the Mayan Riviera, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta & Manzanilla, at least 18 times. Some stays are at an all inclusive, some with our time share. This was my first time to Mazatlan. I will not stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom, but the second bedroom is a...

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent . Gardens, grounds and pools are very well kept. The lobby, restaurants and amenities have all been updated and renovated . The suites are dated however large , very clean and so nice to have a kitchen. It would of been more enjoyable if we were offered free wifi and...
