Our group of 12 just returned from an amazing experience in Puerto Vallarta. From the get-go, booking was easy, and I received immediate communication from the property owner from start to finish, guiding me through the reservation process, ensuring that everything was confirmed, and following up on my stay. The accomodations were everything we expected; clean, private, and spacious. The...

My family recently stayed at Hacienda Elena with 2 other families. The villa was spacious and clean. The staff is amazing and the meals prepared for us were better than our restaurant meals (and that says a lot as PV has some of the best dining experiences). We provided input on our meals and provided money for the groceries. The...

I was staying here every year and decided to try a different place that was a little closer to the downtown last year. I won't make that mistake again. The charm of this place and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff can't be beat. I was happy to be back

We recently spent a week at Hacienda Elena on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in the upper room with the rock tub. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning- the green jungle mountains sloped down to the ocean, with red tiled roofs atop buildings. Multitudes of butterflies and colorful birds were everywhere. Below the property is...

A couple of friends joined me on our Puerto Vallarta vacation and this facility was recommended to one of the people in our party. Was wonderful, welcoming and charming facility - the staff was very helpful, made wonderful guacamole and helped us find activities to do while in town. The upper patio above the main bedroom was a great spot...

We booked this entire facility for 1 week during the 2013-14 Christmas/New Years (family of 8 adults and children) holiday. Apparently the booking agency, owner and local management are proud of Hacienda Elena and seem quite content with the status quo of the past and not interested in providing the kind of facility and services we were expecting. After reviewing...

Dear Valued Guest; First & foremost, we are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have no desire to argue with any guest, but I do think all our other positive reviews over many years speak for themselves. I think the real problem was that you had a mis-communication with your booking agent about check-in times...

I stayed at Villa Elena for a few days and loved it. I had left the frozen, frigid icy sidewalks of New York behind me for this tropical paradise. It's up a hill in the jungle, looking out over the broad blue Pacific. Sunshine, birdsong, a hammock by the pool. My room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great linens...I was a happy...

We knew we made a great choice as soon as we walked through the beautiful courtyard and were greeted by the sound of water cascading down into the pool, Mexican music and a staff waiting to serve us the best guacamole and Margarita's we've ever had. They even remembered to make a pitcher of "virgin" margarita's for the kids !...

Being my first time in Puerto Vallarta, I am glad that I was able to stay in such a wonderful villa. The staff was extremely friendly and great at what they do (they are also wonderful cooks). The room was beautiful and had an amazing shower. The view was great and the beach is a short walk away. Grabbing a...
