I have copied an old review I did a few years ago with some recent updates. As some of these reviews mention, some of the rooms here are a little older and worn. I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years and the good things about this hotel far out weigh the negative. If you want the...

This is a unique and beautiful place, however ensure your room is at least not rooms 44 or 45 as I felt I was sleeping in a working factory, unbearable noise all night from some sort of machinery. A true shame because the place is extremely nice and have had multiple meetings and stays here. Well located, food is good...

One of the best things is that you are in the city but you can relax at the same time.. the food is amazing and the breakfast times are the best... the rate is affordable and close to everything in cuernavaca.. a true Mexican Hacienda !

Had a delightful lunch on their patio. Buffet style with good choices & an egg station where we had them make us eggs to order. We checked out the rooms also, nice and not too expensive. Clean. We would consider staying here the next time.

Attention of the personnel, front desk and room service not included is the only 100% that is offered by this hotel. WiFi that works 30% of the time, rest areas and jacuzzi for adults filled with children since nobody from the hotel enforces the "adult only zone", heated pool offered with no temperature control, number of rooms vs offered facilities...

This hotel has lovely, peaceful gardens with tons of flowers and nice sculptures. Rooms are clean and spacious as well as economical. Avoid the restaurant at all costs. The food is mediocre and way overpriced.

This place is magical! Every single detail was planned to perfection. The gardens are a beautiful catalog of plants and trees that grow in the state. The rooms are like apartments with living and TV rooms, some even with a chimney. Spacious in the most generous ways. It is a beautiful Hacienda and so peaceful, but their buffet is impressive,...

This walled, mid-size hotel is nestled near the center of the city on meticulously cared for grounds of green grass and lush, tropical foliage. The bougainvilleas are of brilliant violet and climb elegantly on the many columns of the buildings. The rooms face the grounds and are nicely appointed. With three pools, a spa, a gym and a restaurant, this...

The Sunday brunch is amazing. you can forget you are in the middle of the city. Also a good place for lunch an dinner. The hotel is very comfortable, a little classic, a little noise. The...

I went to this place as a child with my parents and had not returned in 30 years. They bout the adjacent Hopis Pony (or something like that) to grow in gardens and size. They have a beautiful setting inside Cuernavaca and invite you not to leave the hotel. The grounds, pool area and food are goo enough to have...
