The pictures in the website oversell the hotel - it is actually not as nice as it looks online. The lobby is badly kept and quite dirty. Although the rooms are esthetically OK, the shower floods the whole bathroom and the hotel restaurant has a DJ playing all night long!! So, if you are looking to relax and get sometime...

When we got married in Cuernavaca earlier this month, we had booked the whole place for ourselves and friends to stay. It was my second time staying at the hotel, so I knew what to expect, and it was such a treat to see how much my friends enjoyed their stay. Here is what we all loved about it: First...

On our recent trip to Mexico to see Adele in concert in Mexico City, we took a few days to venture outside the DF and go to Cuernavaca. In planning the trip, I used TripAdvisor as usual to help us to decide where to stay. Las Casas was one of the top rated hotels in Cuernavaca. As always, I read...

Me and my family had a great stay at Las Casas. The tight security and visibility made it easy to let the kids have a little freedom on the grounds. The design was beautiful and the food was great. I didn't want to leave!

Since our arrival the hotel made a mistake with our reservation, they booked us for the day after, leaving us with no room. At first they tried to pin the blame on us and refused to accommodate us. Once they realized it was actually their fault, suddenly there was a room available. After several hours, they finally gave us the...

We loved the Hotel, pool, outdoor areas, and Town. Our room was spacious, a little dated, but very comfortable. Views from our room was beautiful overlooking the valley and mountains. The service was excellent and the food in the restaurant 4 stars- quite good. Very enjoyable experience, good value, and we will return.

I cannot say enough about the service at the hotel and restaurant. We received 5 star service from the moment we checked in to check out. I loved the welcome drink and breakfast was delicious. We had dinner there one night and the food and service were perfect. I had emailed ahead about my food restrictions (I am vegan) and...

We spend 3 days in this hotel. It is a really nice romantic hotel with a good restaurant and spa. The hotel has a free parking and it is very close from the Palacio de Cortes. Two pools: one close from the dinning area, the other a little further near the bedroom. The breakfast was tasty. The room are clean,...

We arrived late on a Friday night and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and cocktails and looked forward to catching some sleep after a long week in Mexico City. The problem is that the hotel does not seem concerned about letting their guests sleep, they are more concerned with being a...
