Me and two friends traveled to Zapopan to see a baseball series, Charros vs Aguilas. Im not going into detail because i have stayed at another hotel in Guadalajara and its better. The personal seemed kinda lost all the time, during check in and check out. If u can book a hotel somewhere else, just do it. Uber is cheap...

This local hotel has everything you need. It is nice and clean, comfortable, the food is amazing. But the best this hotel has to offer is the service. From the moment you get out of the cab to the moment you leave, the treatment is amazing, everyone was so nice and dedicated to pampering every need. The price is so...

We spent 4 days there, everything went wrong from arriving to departure. We were moved 3 times during our stay, due to door lock not working, ac not working, etc etc , the place needs lots of TLC, this place screams renovation!!!!! Very outdated, I think there's nothing wrong with outdated as long as everything works, we had quite a...

We spent one night here to check it out for a longer stay in a few weeks. It met all of our needs. The rooms were nice, smallish, but you could walk around all sides of both beds! A small table and 2 chairs and a small alcove with the closet, iron board and iron, one between the beds table...

Been going to this hotel for about 9 years, infrequently. It's REALLY old and tired and needs many updates. The bed are ROCK HARD. If you want to sleep, find another hotel. The buffet breakfast is very good, with many choices. Apparently the hotel was great in it's day, but that was about 20 years ago. Includes indoor pool and...

I have stayed here may times in the last two years. The staff is excellent and the location though not good for downtown is wonderful for Zapopan and the banking district of Guadalajara. Plaza Patria Mall is an 8 minute walk down the hill and Punto Sao Paulo is a 30 minute walk if you are so inclined. Also it...

What a surprise this was! Lovely authentic Mexican property. Beautiful lobby, great gift shop, marvelous staff, especially Alberto, the concierge. Very helpful with reservations, taxis, and what ever else you need. He speaks very good English and so do many of the front desk employees. We stayed for four nights while in town for a wedding in Zapopan. For us...

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Our room was of average comfort, on the third floor. Hot water took a little while, but I gladly waited it out. Bed was on the hard side, with flat pillows. We tried out the pool and hot tub the first night. Everything was clean, but the water was cold. Even in the...

“Once you get there, ask if any master suites are available. A 50% premium and still cheaper that the 4 star places in the Banking district.”

“We stayed overlooking the huge atrium and it was fine for us. May be a little noisy for light sleepers. Beds are hard but that is the way it is in many parts of Guadalajara, since that is the preference for the residents.”
