I stayed this for 5 nights on my business trip. My Mexican colleague helped me arrange the accommodation during my trip. The hotel is nicely located on the famous Reforma area with the famous Angel of Reforma obelisk. The check-in was smooth. The room was spacious with average amenities. Some of the guests will have unfortunate situation like me, when...

Scheduled a last minute massage at the spa in the a.m. as I had some extra time; it was a great value for a wonderful service, and a wonderful way to start the day! I would go back for sure. You just check in at the reception desk in the fitness center.

Well located and fairly well mantanied, this property has small bedrooms but good public areas. The GYM is great and it even has a lap pool. The staff is not friendly, specifically at the Front Desk, Hostesses and Chefs serving at the buffet. The events staff have not being trained.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay. The hotel staff is very friendly, bi-lingual, and were always willing to help. It was nice to enter the lobby and be greeted with a nice buenos dias or buenas tardes from everyone in the lobby. The only thing different from the other Marriott properties was the way staff knocks on your door...
