With my Gold Hilton Honors membership I got the upgraded suite for 10,000 points a night and you can't beat that. The hotel has a great location and the friendliest and most professional staff you'd ever want to meet.

This is my second time here, and the reason why we're back is that we love this hotel. First, the location is second to none for exploring many of Mexico City's sites. Second, the staff is incredible - they really do make you feel like family. Edgar, the concierge, is a legend and his expertise far surpasses what you would...

Yesterday's review is spot-on. Location, comfort, excellent breakfast, beautiful building. I want to thank Isaac Vasquez for his wonderful care of us as well. I forgot several items in our room after check out, and the maid and Isaac were very careful to get them back to me. Nothing was missing, including money. So, I found the staff here to...

I stayed for one night in this hotel and found it to be decent, but inferior to other hotels in the same area. The building is in the historic center of the city, so the exterior is great, but the interior is not as interesting. It has a layout where the rooms face in to a central lobby, which made...

For a night or few nights this is a good base in the historic heart of the City. It's one of several, Central and with some character. This one has an Art Deco glass roof over the atrium and wrought iron balustrades. Buffet breakfast was nothing special but perfectly satisfactory with reasonable choice. There is a convenient cafe literally on...

This hotel is great. Beautiful building. Fantastic very friendly stafff that went above and beyond. Great location 3 blocks from Zocalo. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Two restaurants on site. Both were good. One was seafood. The other a bakery/cafe. Hilton should be proud of this property.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Always smiling, always a friendly greeting. Great location, near the Cathedral and main plaza, and plenty of shopping within walking distance, beautiful building, reasonably priced, nice breakfast included. Super comfortable beds.

Don't expect the staff to care when your jewelry goes missing. It's better to not bring it at all. Is it more important to value repeat customers or to avoid conflict in finding a guest's stolen property?

I'm very sorry you did not find your neckless, our security manager was involved in the investigation and everything seemed to be normal in you room, I know you also report the lost of money (cash) and then you find it in another part of the room, I'm very sorry you have the impression we don't care of our guest,...

It is smack in the middle of Center and you can't beat the location. You can walk to cathedral, Hop On Bus, multitude of eating places and shopping places.
