Given its prime location, it is understandable why it is 14 usd for a dorm bed. My boyfriend and I stayed in a 6-people coed dorm room. The place is nothing like it seems in pictures shown here. It is not at all well lit. Instead, it is disorganized, old, and loud. One night at around 2 am, one new...

Thanks for your comments, Wirunwan . We only have 8, 10 and 4 bed dorms, none of 6 beds. Our rates include buffet breakfast every day of the stay; We regret that we not have met your expectations. We are currently in remodeling to provide a better service to all guests. We hope you give us another chance, best regards.

technically this place has it all, decent wifi, plenty of beds, tour options, free breakfast. None of its bad, just odd, there's tour adds all over the place but nobody can really answer your questions. Breakfast was pasta, yoghurt and spam with a side of jelly. to be fair when we were there the place was completely empty (over Christimas),...

On arrival we knew it was basic and had "gone down hill" since reviews said it used to be good but now isn't. The female staff were nice but not very helpful and the male was just rude. The showers we're hot which was good but the men's bathroom were filthy, smelt and some were blocked with feaces and loo...

The staff are friendly and helpful. Bilingual and insightful. They put out a good breakfast every day. It's near the zocalo and good coffee shops like cafe emir and cafe jekemir. It is a youth hostel so it has a hip vibe. And it is in the heart of the city so it is active all the time. Staff mentions...

Really liked the dorms, the location and the fantastic service. The best place to stay in the city if you are looking for a good location and cheap price. Recommend on going on tour to the pyramids through the hostel.

The beds are thin but comfortable, but the frames, and doors, are very noisy at night and in the morning. The breakfast was very plain compared to other hostels. The kitchen and fridge are usable by guests. There is a lounge on the first floor, with TV and comfortable chairs, and more like a dining room on the second floor...

When checking in the service was terrible, the worker was drunk and he just didn't care about anything. Breakfast was average and random. The rooms are hot with no windows and small, smells really bad! The lady the next day at the desk was lovely and helpful and actually answered our questions! I asked one of the male workers at...

The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Our private double room was very spacious. The hostel was in a great location, shared bathroom was clean and the breakfast was ok. HOWEVER... We had 500 PESO AND COSMETIC ITEMS STOLEN by the cleaning staff from our "private room". Under the impression we wouldn't have room service, we nipped out...

A girl of our group got her luggage lost by the flight company: after our group (and so the owner of the luggage) left the hostel, hostel amigo retired her luggage without telling her anything, with a false signature.
