If you stay in Mexico City you should go to the Hyatt Regency Polanco. This hotel is located in the wonderful Polanco area, where you can find a lot of wonderful restaurants and small cafes and exclusive shops. It is a very safe area in Mexico City where you can walk without any problems in the night what I wouldn't... More

The location of this hotel is great, it is right amongst the shopping, restaurants and night life areas and it is safe to walk around. The rooms are modern with a coffee machine with pods and a large wall mounted tv, although there are very limited English speaking channels, I counted four and three of those are news channels. On... We stayed here for 5 days, very nice property but small rooms. They have people standing in the lobby just watching everything you do we felt uncomfortable. I don't understand why people rave about the breakfast we didn't like it, just not worth the 420 Mexican Pesos per person they charge for it. Also the Martini's cost 210 Pesos at... More

The Hyatt in Polanco is a large hotel, well appointed with many amenities. Everyone we encountered was friendly and eager to make sure we were taken care of. The best thing about this hotel is the location: walking distance to shops and great restaurants in a lovely area of the city.

Thank you HRP for making my first visit to Mexico City absolutely great! From check-in to check-out the service and facilities were flawless! The restaurants are outstanding, especially if you are an Asian food nut like I am! They have both an Teppanyaki restaurant AND a sushi bar! Yay!! The most impressive thing, even though a minor detail, was getting... More
