We stayed here as a family of 5 for a fortnight in September 2016. The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly. I found our room dark, but apart from that it was very comfortable - big comfortable bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet - not a huge selection, but ok. The hotel has a small children's play area...

I stayed there for a business trip. This hotel is farther from city and Reforma street, however it is in walking to distance to several high-tech companies. Traffic is horrible in MXN, if you are there for business and this hotel is in walking distance to the company, then just go with it. Rooms are very spacious, and clean. People...

I spent five nights in Santa Fe for business at the Microsoft building, and the Sheraton worked great for me. Two big bed in the room not just the standard twin size like in other hotels, so this meant a very good sleeps. The room was that big a I can't describe it. It's was a business trip but one day if I go back to holiday I will book a room here.

The room is very large, composing of two beds, living room area and big closet room. The bath room is also reasonably nice, although there is no bathtub. The room is maintained in clean manner. Amenity is limited.

the Sheraton in Santa Fe is clean, the rooms are very spacious and contemporary. Service really friendly and the food good as well. attentative and always with teh smile - you feel welcome. it is in the business area of Santa Fe, there is no public transportation, but if you need to be there for work, it is excellente !

First time in Mexico city but the staff made it wonderfull and did all they could in order to help me with anything I needed. Wifi is the best I have ever had, all the locations, restaurant, outside, room: good connection.

The hotel is strategically located in the Santa Fe business area. It is close to restaurants and a small shopping center at a walking distance. Rooms are large and clean with nice amenities and comfortable beds. Breakfast is also good and quick. Business center is nice but small. WiFi works just fine. They have a nice gym but crowded at...

Once again I went to Mexico for a business trip and stayed at Sheraton Santa Fe. The service was flawless during all my stay - very polite and helpfull staff. I got the same type of room, which is great - very big and comfortable. The perfect bed after an exausting day. Room service was also very good.
