What a beautiful hotel, location was great and the rooms were pretty and very clean. We stayed in room 204 which was a great big room with view to the Zocalo. All the front desk and restaurant people were extremely friendly. We do appreciated all specially Salvador Contreras Barajas. You all made our Mexico experience unforgettable

The hotel is absolutely beautiful they've managed to keep the classic look and feel with out making the hotel feel old or dated. -Room: great size and had a victorian look and feel. We both absolutely loved the bed-it was SO comfortable. -Bathroom: HUGE. Had enough space for two people to get ready at the same time. The shower had...

Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico is top notch, and I truly enjoyed my recent stay there. The art-noveau design (complete with Tiffany glass ceiling) is beautiful, the singing canaries are charming, the rooms are comfortable. Moreover, the staff was amazing. Cheers to waiter Adan, who pulled strings to get me a non-meat entree on barbecue night! Cheers also to the...

This hotel is housed in one of the most beautiful buildings in Mexico City. Rosa was our housekeeper and she was a delight and had great info about the hotels history. Our room overlooked Zocalo Square. We will definitely stay there again when we...
