This is a hotel for Smokers. If you dislike this, don't go. Has a good restaurant, nice staff and the rooms are very good. I did not select the room and had to tolerate the smell of smoke. The picture is not the hotel, seems the Fine Arts Palace of Mexico City. Nice location.

The staff here are helpful although a little underwhelming . The rooms are very dated but adequate . We only used the restaurant for breakfast which was buffet style and adequate but nothing to write home about . The sports bar and the rooftop bar staff were very good , very friendly and attentive . We used the pool on...

First of all roms are small and AC is noisy and old. There are No bottled water in the room, they suggest to drink from pipe (filtered) but I wouldn't risk Fridge is locked so I couldn't use it. Requested on lobby to unlock it, my request was accepted but never attended. You must do invoice same day when you...

I am here now! Wouldn't call it a 3 plus star hotel. (According to Priceline, it is) Hotel reception seems to know little English. I had called ahead asking to check in early and was told no problem. Upon arrival, I was told I need to pay for another day to have early check in and they placed me in...

It took the front desk staff two hours to finally tell our group that there were not enough rooms in the hotel to honor our reservations. They offered us rooms, which were not air conditioned, in their other, cheaper property. When that idea was dismissed, we were offered rooms in another hotel - La Meridian - which were lovely. Case...

Our tour group arrived to find there were no rooms for half the group, although our company is a regular customer at this hotel. Sometimes this may be unavoidable, but the confusion was handled dishonestly and rudely, with alternate accommodation being misrepresented by the management. In addition, some of the staff was rude during our stay.

Booking done through our travel agent. Was in a standard room by myself, my travel partner had another room. Adequate space and good-sized bed, shower-only, facecloth included. In-room safe a good feature. Aircon rattled at high speed but OK at medium and low speeds and that cooled the room fine. Wifi was good in my room. No mini-bar but not...

Clean and adequate hotel, very close to the main Mexico City sights, frequented by a lot of tour groups so very busy, we were part of one of those tour groups and being asked to change rooms 1/2 way through our stay was a bit ridiculous - we had booked this hotel because our tour started from it. The restaurant...

I really liked the place for its price point and location. Can't think of any reason not to recommend it. Friendly staff. But I was overcharged but when I pointed out mistake I was immediately refunded the balance owed

The hotel ranks itself as a 5 star hotel, although I would say is a 3 star, it looks old specially the bathroom, bed was just ok, service was nothing special. Location is definitely a very good point for the hotel, right next to Paseo de la Reforma and within walking distance from Monumento de la Revolución, Zocalo, Angel de...
