The hotel is ok, but the room service is probably the worst I had in my life in a 3-4 star hotel. We came back from a busy day and, arriving in the room, there was ABSOLUTELY no towel. I phone the room service, phoned again after 10 minutes and then went down in the reception because they hadn't sent...

We thoroughly enjoyed walking the always bustling Amberes street outside the hotel. Spring for a Junior Deluxe suite to get the really cool pink bed and cool night lights. This hotel was perfectly located to do everything we wanted to do in Mexico City. The front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating. The lobby always had cool music. The...

An excellent hotel which was super comfortable and with a satisfying breakfast. Highly recommended and in a central location close to tube and buses.Ask for a room higher up to avoid music from the surrounding bars which may disturb some people.

I came to Mexico to see a concert located near Room Mate Valentina. The location has a lot of places to eat and have fun - it's a real night spot. Of course, you must also understand that you will hear the clubs from the street below, but if you are out late or actually at the clubs that's hardly...

I really liked the hotel. We were lucky to be upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was huge and very well designed. Later we got the room which we ordered - 1205, the junior suite. It was very comfortable and quite big. The breakfast was reach and tasty. The service was really good. The stuff was very helpful 24/7....

Nicely contemporary light-filled spacious room, but our tour company moved us out to another hotel after one night because of several features which didn't allow for a good night's sleep. Mattresses and pillows are made of hard, jiggling blocks of foam - so hard that several of us reported headaches from the pressure. The noise level from the street is...

I've stayed here several times over the years. The thing I love about the hotel is its proximity to all the nightlife and restaurants. It's also walking distance to many tourist sites. The neighborhood is very nice and pleasant. Yes, it does get loud at night on the street because there's various bars and clubs on the street. If you...

The good: spacious room; comfortable bed; great location. The bad: Thermostat didn't work, called for maintenance three times and never got anyone to help. A guy came in, but didn't actually fix anything. They ended up bringing some sort of a portable heater, which also didn't work; The shower takes ages to adjust the temperature; The bathroom lock was broken;...

Great location in the Zona Rosa, off Paseo de Reforma - and for a very reasonable price. Our room was spacious, with twin beds and room for an L-shaped sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Although Amberes is a noisy street, you couldn't hear it. There is a basic gym on the 1st floor. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We were...
