We spent three nights in March at this small, chic hotel. Our Grand Delux King room, while not huge, was beautifully appointed and quiet and boasted the most comfortable bed we've ever found in a hotel. Our traveling companions were upgraded to a suite, complete with terraces, and it was a knockout. The staff was most accommodating and all suggestions...

I'd read the reviews and had high expectations of Las Alcobas, and they were by and large met. We had a glitch in our reservation which resulted in it being cancelled. We reached out to the general manager, and despite it not being the hotel's fault, he honored our reservation graciously and gave us a lovely corner room overlooking Presidente...

We spent five nights in February at Las Alcobas. The atmosphere is sophisticated, modern, urban, up-to-date. We were upgraded to a suite that was truly wonderful, so I don't have first hand knowledge of the average room. But each of the 5-6 floors only has 7-8 rooms, so it's quiet and restful. They have ample, thoughtful staff, so requests are...

This stylish boutique hotel in the Polanco district (the Beverly Hills) of Mexico City is a FANTASTIC property! I loved the hotel even before I got there since I contacted the concierge and they made advanced dinner reservations for us at Pujol and other highly recommended restaurants for our stay. Because the property is relatively small, the staff all knew...

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Everything about this place was fabulous, the staff, the rooms, the position, the food, the service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The room we had was a great size with a big bathroom, including a bath, seperate shower and toilet and lots of space to hang your clothing. The bed was THE most...

A very charming small-scale hotel - it's hard to believe it's part of the Starwood franchise given how boutique-y it is. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; service is terrific throughout. We once asked the concierge for advice on a great hole-in-the-wall taqueria, and the bellboy (who was going on break) walked with us 10 minutes to show us...
