This is a great hotel that is differentiated by its people. Rocio Maquedal & Dennis Torres are an absolutely pleasure to meet in the mornings for breakfast. They are totally focused on the client, very friendly and a pleasure to be around. The hotel is so nice and the rooms are great. The location is in a gorgeous area with...

My stay in Mexico City was enhanced by my Marriott experience at the JW hotel in Polanco. The area of the city, Polanco, is an oasis of cool hotels, restaurants, shops are high-end auto dealerships. The Marriott is in a prime location across from the cultural center and the military parade grounds. It is a very safe location with lots...

Personalized and attentive service, just as I've come to expect from Marriotts. Located in a cool area of the city, though it's pretty homogenized and far from the classic Mexico City tourist destinations (art museum, cathedral, main plaza). The room decor was positively stately. Did a nice job of paying homage to the local culture in a very upscale way.

I switched my reservation from the Courtyard revolucion a day before I arrived and am very pleased I did. JW Marriott's are higher rater as we know but I will say it is worth it. Now the hotel itself is not what I would call new but it is elegant, clean and updated. The location is premium. Starbucks across street...

JW Marriot is located in the upscale Polanco area. It's located close by so many great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It's also walking distance to the Anthropology Museum and Chapultepec park. The hotel is not very modern or trendy, but it's very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and service is great. We enjoyed our stay here.

While not as modern or trendy as some newer hotels, the JW Marriott Mexico City makes up for it with excellent service, a friendly and comfortable executive lounge, tasteful rooms, and a convenient location in upscale Polanco.
