Very convenient location, close to the main hotels and offices in Santa Fe, although it is far from the city center and Polanco area. Extraordinary breakfast, great service and reasonably priced for what offers.

Visited here on a business trip to Mexico City. Traffic in the city means it's a considerable distance from the centre, and I wouldn't stay here as a tourist. However, it's in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of food for breakfast and a nice menu in the restaurant. Not particularly Mexican menu.

Westin is nice and trendy within the vicinity of business park and Santa Fe area .. breakfast is good but not that when compare to other Westin places. Nearby 5 min Walk u find Super market and small shopping mall to get your needy stuff.

We were here for a company-sponsored event. The event venue was perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. I spent four nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking one of Mexico City's few wooded expanses. Housekeeping was a little slow for my taste, but was responsive when I...

The hotel is beautiful and the service was 5 stars. They truly care for their guests well. I came down with a flu and the hotel made sure I had a ton of water and picked up medicine for me at the pharmacy. This is truly above and beyond for service. The food and executive lounge area makes this my...

I'm staying here for 3 nights (tomorrow is my check out date). I have to say that all the staff is very, very kind and the hotel is very nice. The only things I would change are that if you want to use WiFi you have to pay 185 pesos per day. And the other thing is that when they...

Wow I rarely rave so much about a hotel but the Westin Santa Fe in Mexico City was a great find in what can be a difficult city to deal with. Staff great for starters. Westin Hotel is located is Santa Fe, in one of the suburbs of Mexico City. Five year ago there was nothing there. today its a place with easy access, and traffic is a real issue in Mexico. The hotel is confortable, has an excellent business center with all kinds of meeting rooms, and there are nice restaurants within walking distance.
