After reading reviews, I did not have high hopes for this hotel, but it saved me after my pre-booked hotel turned out to be in a sketchy neighborhood and I needed a new place last minute, over a holiday weekend. They really have taken everything that people have said and improved it. My room had an air con, although the... More

First off, let me say that I booked this hotel through a certain "opaque" booking website, which described this as a four-star hotel in downtown/Centro Historico. It was neither. It is just across the road from the previously-upscale-but-now-seedy Zona Rosa district. Other than the McDonalds, there was nothing nearby – or at least, nothing that it felt safe to walk... More

Hotel is is situated in south-western part of the city, which is good location for a business as most of the offices are near to this place. Also it is near to tourist attractions like Centro historico. Hotel gives good service, but ask for road side window rooms, coz other room's window are facing walls.

So I was considering going to Mexico City and Orbitz had a $50 off $100 promotion, and only certain hotels were included. Ny. T. Roma Hotel came up, so I booked it for a week without thinking much of it. Fast forward to a couple of days ago, and I arrived to check in to a really, really nice room.... More

Stayed at the NYT Roma Hotel for a week. The rooms are very modern and clean. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. Bathrooms are awesome! Really good location about a 10 min walk from the mall where you can eat at a variety of restaurants, plus there is a good clean Mcdonalds on the corner a few steps from the hotel.

This hotel has a great location on a quiet street off Avena Reforma, the most beautiful street in Mexico City. The bus to the Historic Center is 1/2 block away. Also, it is an easy walk to the subway. In the morning, the best breakfast is right outside with the street food vendors...made to order blue corn tortilla dishes for... More

The room was dirty, no closet space they gave us the first floor, we had to shut the blinds because we can see the police officers from the government building a few feet away from across the street. It was disgusting. I couldn't stay even one night, I called Expedia who was able to refund the rest of my money... More

Great staff, plush rooms, central location. Ricardo the doorman is worthy of a special shoutout. He allowed me to borrow a couple of books on the history of the city. The rooms are luxury grade and the wifi excellent.
