Stayed at this hotel for five days in October 2016. The location is great, only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The elevator is tiny, only room for three people. Breakfast is included in the price of a room and is served in a room on the seventh floor. The elevator...

We stayed at Hotel Canada for a week, and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything in the Centro Historico, and were easily able to catch a cab right at the front door for longer trips. The Hotel Canada is a no-frills hotel, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff is delightful and was happy to provide...

We arrived late at night and across the street there's a restaurant still open. Cafe Popular which we were told open 24/7. Thanks God we made the right location. Back to the hotel we realized not enough room. No chair; wooden or club and no table or desk to eat on. The bed was hard and it hurts my back....

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is its location. Short walk to the historical Zocalo and surrounding area. It is one of the most disgusting places I have stayed and I travel extensively. I have stayed in some miserable places but this one was the worst. I needed somewhere to spend the night and all the hotels in the...

I feel so regrettable that I paid 4 nights to stay here. It is about 2am in my 2nd night. The music from the club across the street was so loud and frustrating. I was changed to this room this morning because my room last night was just next to the elevator and besides a space that seems to have...

Stayed at this hotel in November 2015 for 5 nights. Hotel is small and a bit hidden in the historic centre of Mexico City however it is a great place to spend the nights. The hotel's personel are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms are not too big but still comfortable. It is to my knowledge...

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. We chose it mainly because it was close to downtown. Here are some of the things that are wrong with this hotel: - The shower and toilet are not separated, they are so close to each other and there's no wall or anything separating them. - There was a broken window in the...

Hotel Canada is a good place to stay in the old city of Mexico. It's two blocks away from the Zocalo and very near the shopping area. It's small place and the rooms are nothing to rave about but they are good enough for one or two night stay. Don't expect much. I will say the breakfast in the morning...

if you are looking for a fancy hotel, this isn't the place. It's clean but very noisy and the room I had had a peculiar smell, but you can't beat the location. It's right in the center of Mexico City, steps away from the Zocolo, Cathedral and great archeological sites. It is relatively inexpensive and within walking distance from everything....

On booking I asked for an indication of the food, there was a lot of fish therefore, I therefore advised I would need to cancel as my partners was not a fish eater, with this I was advised they would cater for this and alter his meal to accommodate. The food served to both of us was excellent, the service...
