We had 3 nights here, good size rooms, staff were quite helpful (at times). Omar was amazing. The location is very good, lots of great restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Food was terrible, it almost made me vomit. Internet, turned off and on constantly. When I slept, or at least tried to, I could hear sirens from the street. When I was at the bathroom, I could hear the other rooms music and chat.

Having booked in advance, the price at the time of booking did not reflect the total charge for the stay. (I like to know exactly how much I am paying in advance.) The rooms are unimpressive, the mattress is old and its texture awful. The hotel is facing a busy avenue and - on the top floor - we could...
