We stayed here twice in January 2017. Good breakfast and good value for the studio apartment. Staff often available only by phone call to Condesa Haus. Distrito Condesa building is rented and a bit shabby. Do not recommend the double room on ground floor as dark, very small. Breakfast sometimes was late (we had 9am appointments).

The location of Condesa is really nice, and the place can be cozy because it is small. Our Room was a bit cramped and it can do with some upgrades, especially in the shower. But quite comfortable for the price. Employees were all really nice and very helpful. There were times when the front desk felt unmanned, but I always...

Very good hotel. Friendly, Kind and helpful staff. Clean, organized, good breakfast and internet connection. Every time I come to Mexico City I stay at Distrito Condesa. I recommended to all my friends who came to Mexico and all of them had the same impression. I really recommend this hotel.

Distrito Condesa is in a great neighborhood with easy access to the metro. The staff is helpful and friendly. There were a few noise issues but it wasn't a major problem. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The major problem - one repeated by other reviewers - was the water. Like other reviewers, we had similar problems...

I stayed at Distrito Condesa in December of 2016. The location was excellent, in one of D.F.'s most beautiful neighborhoods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would gladly stay here again.

A friend and I spent a handful of nights at Distrito Condesa between Christmas and New Years, and were very glad to have it as a home base. The location was great - between two metro stops and just a few minutes walk to Parque Mexico and Parque España. All the staff were lovely and eager to help answer any...

Distrito Condesa is in an amazing location in Mexico City, in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood in the middle of tons of restaurants, cafes, Parque Espana, Parque Mexico, and the walking path along Amsterdam Avenue. Along with its location, the hotel staff is what really makes the hotel stand out. It's like staying at a friend's house in Mexico...

It will be hard to find a better place in D.F. than Distrito Condesa. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Each member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great recommendations and all speak perfect Spanish and English. The rooms are big and bright, and the bed especially comfortable. The free breakfast is delicious—there are foods for...

I have stayed at this charming place a number of time; I actually can't imagine staying anywhere else in Mexico City. The rooms are clean and charming, and the neighbourhood is terrific - but you'll find that at a lot of other places, too. What makes Distrito Condesa (and the other properties by the same owner) so special is the...

“The room with the kitchen was amazing!”

“We stayed in two rooms. The first room smelled very bad and was small. It was close to the kitchen, so noisy early in the morning when breakfast was being prepared. It did not have street noise. The second room was not noisy but the toilet leaked and the faucet dripped. There were no updated amenities at all. Neither room was particularly clean. Tiles were broken in the bathroom (along with the toilet), the bathtub was very dirty and stained. There were no comfortable common rooms or places to go. The location is very good and the staff lovely, but the hotel itself was below standard. I was bitten very badly by a spider while sleeping. This did not particularly affect this review, however. I would rate this hotel as the worst I've stayed in, even for the reasonable price.”
