I just spent a week at Hotel Busue. I travel to Mexico City often, stay in the Polanco district, given its security and the convenience of great restaurants nearby. Given the increase in highly rates of the other great hotels in the area (Intercontinental, Hyatt, Marriot, Las Alcobas, etc) I decided to give Hotel Busue a try. What a marvelous...

Loved the style and atmosphere of this easy going boutique hotel. Was here for a week on business in this super safe neighborhood Polanco. Great place for bars shops and restaurants on walking distance. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast available in the room, limited choice but fine for me. Or at the internal terrace at the hotel. No...

We loved staying here and will definitely be back. It was such a nice experience staying in a smaller, boutique hotel. Location is excellent, right around the corner from restaurants and shopping in Polanco. Our room was nice and quiet, on the 2nd floor, very comfortable and with that wonderful Mexican charm! Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lovely...

I recently moved to an apartment down the road from this hotel. I visited Busue to establish whether it would be a good choice for a friend who planned to stay in Mexico City for a few nights. I was really impressed with this charming little place; the rooms I was shown are lovely, beautifully decorated and cozy. However, given...

Dear visitor: We thank you for your comments and concern, the administration is aware of this and are working together with the restaurant (which is a different administration) towards a solution, we hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

The hotel rooms, the service and the location are outstanding. However, the key flaw is that there is a night club on the top floor with a back door to the hotel stairs. Needless to say, noise filters through to the rooms, most of all when club-goers are fighting or shouting... Beautiful hotel but be warned.

I should start by saying that I really dislike big chain hotels. I love small boutique hotels with great staff, comfortable accommodations, unique ambiance and charm. And given all of this, how can I not give Busue 5 stars. Thiago and his staff run a top notch personable, warm and cozy operation and are probably the only real boutique hotel...

The web site photos are misleading. It is not a grand hotel, rather dark and dingy. Rooms have no windows that permit exterior light. The lighting in the room is so dim that it is impossible to read. The bed? More like a lumpy futon. There is also a disco on the roof which no mention is made on the...

Dear guest: We are sorry you feel that way, our hotel as our web site says is a Boutique hotel which was born out of an old Mexico city house and has been providing lodging services for many years under different administrations. Our front desk staff is capable of providing concierge services, we are sorry for the inconvenience,

We stayed at the Busue in December. The location in Polanco is fantastic: A quiet residential street, yet only a short walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket and a nice park (with a local market on Saturdays). The architecture and design of the hotel is interesting - surely not the 'usual' experience. First of all, there's no sign whatsoever - you...
