This place was ok but not good or great. We would only recommend it for one or two, nights. The hotel is large and sprawling across an acre or more of not very well kept gardens. Our junior suite room was spacious and clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, sagging towards the middle and very hard. The AC did not...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is an authentic old style mexican hotel, so do not expect a modern room. But it is very clean, the room was comfortable and the area was very nice and well kept. The restaurant is amazing: we had delicious breakfasts and dinners! It is located just outside the city centre, at...

We stayed there because it was closer to a wedding location we assisted. Rooms are ok. They have everything you need, but they need a makeover. It is a little darker at night. Breakfast is good and the pool area is nice.

Stayed here for a week last month with a group. The rooms aren't fancy but very clean and safe. It's located outside of the main part of Oaxaca center so it was nice and quiet, but still just a short walk to all the wonderful sites. The grounds are very well taken care of and the restaurant is quite decent,...

This is a very old hotel, it is not ugly, but it needs repair. The water pressure in the shower was close to none. Several tiles were missing, chipped or needed repair. No air conditioning, it was humid and sticky. There were tons of mosquitoes inside the room, but the worse was how dark and gloomy the rooms were. Next...

Our group of birders enjoyed a week here. Rooms are large and clean; service is excellent. Meals were fine, though not as good as the best downtown restaurants. The facility is a sixties resort motel, just outside the historical center. It's a little tired, but safe, quiet, and green. You can find more of the liveliness and authenticity of this...

A really nice campus style hotel resort, five minute, 50 peso taxi ride from Zocalo.. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great pool, big well appointed room. We always stay here when visiting oaxaca. The big dining room has very good professional service. Rating for this hotel is way low in my opinion. The rooms are spread across a garden campus, with huge...

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions on November. First i got a huge room, with king size bed and very updated, even with the obvious hotel's antiqueness. Next time i got a half the size room, with twin beds and paper thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors did in their bathroom. Btw, Not nice to...

This was our second stay in the last couple of years. We booked in advance so that we would have a place to stay when we arrived. The property and accomdation are nice and clean, and the staff is helpful. The Federal police were also staying there for unclear reasons, but added an element of extra security. We would return...

Close location to the Historic District.. Be warned you have to cross a busy road to get there."Police Federal" with machine guns are in front of the lobby, not sure why they are there, did not see them at other hotels.I felt very safe. Restaurant is mediocre, Breakfast buffet for $ Peso 180.00 seemed high. Pool was not heated when...
