Very central, lovely staff, relaxing courtyard restaurant, This hotel has a old style comfy courtyard, which is also a restaurant and cafe. The food is basic and value for money and actually quite nice little snacks Mexican style. There are some comfy chairs and couches and books to read plus they also hold a weekly bridge club, I also noticed...

The location form the hotel is excellent but the employees are disrespectful! Plus we agreed on a price and when we arrived, they increased the price 15%. The hotel is also dirty with cockroaches (big ones and small ones) and ants. I posted a photo of the big cockroach so they know it is not a lie. And there was...

La Casa de la Tia has a great location. Since it was Dia de los Muertos, it was the only hotel with a room left near the Zocalo - so we took it. The people who work there are very friendly - really helpful. They have a restaurant also and their prices are okay. The hotel has an interior courtyard...

This cute little place is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Zocolo. It is close to everything. Room was large, beds comfortable, and very clean. I brought candles for the mussey smell that alot of Mexican hotels get and did not need them. They have a small dining area with inexpensive food. Breakfast was very good as...

What really sets this hotel apart is its staff. The manager was extremely accomodating, making special arrangements for the comfort of our group. All of the staff went the extra mile to make us feel like we were at home with a family rather than strangers in a foreign country. The food was very good, authentic Oaxacan food that wouldn't...

The service in this hotel is phenomanel. Our manager was one of the nicest people I have ever met, and I have never had such a perfect hotel stay, plus it is a really good value, and really close to the Zocalo. The rooms were really nice, mine even had a spiral staircase in it. Honestly I can say that...

Staff: Amazingly friendly and helpful, across all 3 shifts. Seemed these folks enjoyed their work! Location: Just a few blocks from the Zocalo, and from Santo Domingo, easy walking distance to both. Beware however: a neighboring club can belt out the music, although the hotel's thick walls can block much of it. Room: Very wide gave it a spacious feel....
