This place on one hand was more than a slight disappointment: probably 15 years ago it was a beautiful one but today quite the definition of tacky. Poorly fostered facilities, we had mold on our ceiling, the AC did not work, the fridge so old we had to shut it down at night to

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool area and rooms around were especially nice and this is where our room was, so can't comment on the inner courtyard. Bungalow room is a slight misnomer - it's a small 2-storey block with rooms on pool level and first floor. It was nice to have

This hotel is within walking distance of points of interest in Oaxaca. The room was comfortable - ac with a ceiling fan. Breakfast was very good, the pool and the courtyard pleasant. It was good to have parking on site. I would certainly stay here again.

Sorry - I couldn't say, I was in a small room, but I know that there are larger rooms overlooking the pool or right beside the pool. I don't know if there are 2-br apts. I doubt that there would be a kitchen, but you can use the kitchen (abit) where you eat breakfast - you should ask directly to the hotel about that. Tom

is there AC?
I didn't see any AC either. But as mentioned, in Oaxaca City I wouldn't use if they had it. I was there this week and needed a blanket....

"poolside at the back of the hotel are likely quieter."
