This hotel is two blocks off from one of the walking streets and very close to the central square. The rooms are quiet and well insulated. Most of my friends complain about how cold it is in San Cristobal, it was cold outside, but nice and warm in our room. There was even a heater that could be plugged in...

Spent 3 night in early August. Hotel is centrally located walking distance to everything. Rooms were great clean and accommodate us 5 (3 kids). Staff is just great, Pablo, Gisela and Jose Luis have tons of recommendations and will help you out on whatever you need. Very good bang for the buck. 60-65 dollars/night!

Lovely room a little off the main drag but only a couple of block from the main square. amazing chocolates appeared every day! Laundry across the street and the attached restaurant, Tierra y Cielo, was really, really good. They are only open for breakfast on the weekends so try to get there then.

Hotel Tierra y Cielo, also known as Doce Cuartos, is a beautiful old colonial house converted into a super cozy hotel. The hotel is located at the city centre just a couple of blocks away from the main pedestrian street. The rooms are traditionaly decorated, but modern. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Extra sheets and a heater are...

The hotel looks nice, our room was clean and good sized. The bed leans and towels were very clean and bed was comfortable. The service was great, people very friendly and quick service. The first night was very noisy, kids playing around and people screaming next to the reception. Second night was free of noise.

I had such a pleasant stay. The staff was fantastic and most of them remembered my name and where always making sure I made it back every evening safe (I traveled alone). The location is great because you can walk everywhere. I love the breakfast there - great green juices. My room was the one on the corner. It was...

Reasonably priced and perfectly situated, we spent a wonderful four days at Hotel Tierra y Cielo. Just a block and a half of the Real de Guadalupe, San Cristobal's pedestrian way in the heart of town, I started each morning by going to a nearby coffee shop to get two cafe americanos to take back to the room. It made...
