From the time you enter in this hotel you get the feeling of a transitional hotel in Mexico. We stayed for two days as part of our tour of Mexico and we really enjoyed. Nice rooms with a fireplace, breakfast and new year's eve dinner acceptable, and stuff trying to do their best

Stayed here with family, was expecting a quaint boutique vibe but was disappointed to see its run as a large generic hotel. The rooms along the courtyard are beautiful and spacious. Was a bit turned off by the poor customer service. Anytime we had a question the hotel staff

Yes and it’s free, but it works really badly. You have to sit by the terrace door to have a decent signal

En el aeropuerto puedes tomar taxis y autobús ADO a San Cristóbal de las Casas. El servicio del autobús es bueno.

Estimada Mariela: Estamos ubicados a 1 cuadra del andador donde se encuenta la Viña de Bacco. Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado por el clima de la ciudad, ya que es fresco durante el día y frío durante la noche. Por habitación se colocan 2 botellas de agua en cortesía. Saludos coridales
