I was there a few weeks before and I booked a private room but they never had my booking and the make pay more, so, the rooms are so bad, the beds also and the breakfast is terrible. I meet the owner ans she was so rude all the time with the guest. Internet was terrible, and in all I...

My boyfriend and I stayed in a private room (#4) for three nights and had a great stay! We had actually arrived in San Cristobal a night earlier than planned and stayed elsewhere, then rocked up early here to see if we could leave our bags. Even better - the room was ready and we got a fantastic friendly welcome....

Stayed in a private triple with bathroom. The room was very clean, the bathroom good and staff nice and friendly. They have a nice garden and terraces with chairs and hammocks, so you can really spend some time there! Breakfast is also very good and included in the price. Location of the hostel is also great!

The hostel itself is not so bad, but on the cold nights the blankets for the bed didn't quite suffice. The Internet was working sporadically, which is to be somewhat expected. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about. Their was no night security, so party goers may have a fiesta late into the night, as their are not...

We stayed in a private double room with bathroom. The room we had was spacious, clean and nice. The bathroom is small and at certain times there is hot water available. There is a guest kitchen downstairs which we used frequently. Breakfast is included, you have different options. They provide a big computerroom with some computers for guest use. Wifi...

The location is great, the place is very beautiful, but the rooms are dirty, the beds are not comfortable, pillows are old and not a great atmosphere. I heard from some other people that they loved their hotels or hostels so I would not recommend to stay here. The worst part of it all is that the people are very...

A very nice place with a green garden and very friendly and service-minded staff. Lots of space in the dorm (at least in the one for women, I didn't see the others). Kitchen, free purified water and free internet. Only minus is for the carpet in the dorm, it would feel cleaner without it.

We stayed in a private room with use of the shared bathrooms. Our room was big with two beds and it was clean. The hostel has lovely gardens and lots of outside communal space. The included breakfast was basic. Whilst we were there we didn't encounter many members of staff, but we didn't really have too many problems so we...
