I loved almost everything about this hotel. The rooms were adorable, with great views from every location. The hotel is in the center of town, so you can walk anywhere you need to go. The rooftop pool was very relaxing, and I wish I had more time to spend there! The only drawback was that wifi didn't work in the... More

The installations and location are good, rooms are clean and decent. You get to receive a gentle and polite service, but nothing of that counts when you realize that their main focus is booking rooms and not the satisfaction of their clients. I called them to see if they had double beds to accommodate two adults and two kids. They... More

Excellent location in Taxco opposite the busy zocalo, surrounded by narrow cobbled streets. The room was good, with a comfortable bed and a window which overlooked a rustic laneway. The restaurant was reasonably priced with good quality food. The rooftop bar was fabulous. We enjoyed great cocktails and our evening meal while taking in the view of the cathedral, the... More

What an interesting hotel! Right on the zocalo. Uni posing entrance, but incredibly spacious and rambling hotel. The room was good, with clean efficient bathroom. Breakfast included in tariff was a choice of eggs and hot cakes with fruit or juice. Loved the easy access to all of the evening events in the zocalo and the shops. Taxis or comb... More

This is a spectacular hotel exemplifying wonderful, thoughtful service & hospitality. We came here for our first time and were impressed by the fabulous attention to detail. The reception was wonderful, and we felt like the most important clients the whole time we were in Taxco. We loved our room which had a great view of the city. You cannot... More

We use this hotel each year on our silver buying trips to Taxco. We like the central location next to the zocalo and beautiful church of Santa Prisca. The front desk is great - although we do speak Spanish. We buy the breakfast package and like the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and safe. There are a washer and... More

The hotel is good. It is centric, the cathedral its in front. The most wonderful part was the massage, I always take one in every place and this was fantastic. The room it's ok. Bathrooms are small. Be prepared to climb. No heels recommended. Enjoy

The recently renovated bathrooms were nice until I realized there were hairs on the floor of the shower before I stepped in. The remainder of the room looked tidy but the beds were somewhat hard for my taste. All in all, given the location and the price I got (thanks to an online special with breakfast included), I was happy... More

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Location is excellent and the terrace bar has great views over Taxco. We purchased breakfast in the attached restaurant and it got the job done.
