Stayed here for 3 nights, complained 3 times about the aircon. Firstly it wouldn't turn on, then was stuck at 24 deg, finally it was just blowing out hot air. Besides that the place is pretty grim, needs a revamp and for the price you pay, you can easily find a nice apartment or room elsewhere.

I wanted something quieter away from party scene and this hostel was perfect. Nearby is a charming plaza with many great food vendors at cheap prices and wonderful people watching. Relaxed and friendly.

We had a double room (ensuite) with a fridge and A/C, breakfast is also included. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was very basic with toast, juice and instant coffee. The downtown location was ok, we felt safe in the evening and there are good restaurants nearby.

I had planned on staying only 1 night here before my morning flight out of Cancun airport. My night and sleep were ruined because the dorm bed that I was provided had bed bugs! The bed was the lower one in my picture. The dorm room was the one up the stairs, next to the breakfast room. I was initially...

We were only staying in Cancun to await a connecting flight to Guatemala. We opted to stay somewhere cheap Downtown and I'm glad we did. It's a nice, clean little hostel with friendly staff. We had a private room with ensuite bathroom and A/C. It was a perfect base to explore downtown and catch a bus to the beach/the strip.

I needed a cheap place to stay near the airport over night... Found this place online and booked it. When I arrived the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly! She arranged a cab to pick me up at 4am the next morning, she told me how to get to the beach and the best places to explore! I...

Haina comes as a surprise since it does not look like a hostel, but more like a house (difficult to find, no sign outside) but the welcome and the place are worth the effort. We had a double room with fan and AC and the value was good. The breakfast came as a plus since we didn't know it was...

Breakfast was typical hostal food: toast with butter or jam. However if you're the first one at breakfast, there are croissants or other pastries. They tell you that they don't speak English, but they do! And quite good actually! Dorms were pretty okay, you get what you pay for. Bathrooms were clean. Everyone is very friendly, I loved Fernando! The...
