Juan and Rodolfo from the pool bar were great. The hotel was very clean and nice and the food was great. Many food options and the steak restaurant was delicious. If you are looking for a nice all inclusive hotel definitely come here.
Great food at the several restaurants on site, service was
great inside and out by the pool and beach. Besides the great sun and blue water the best parts of the day were the morning workouts on the beach, dancing on the patio, and water...More

There is an upper pool area and a lower pool area, and neither seemed too crowded - and it was Spring break. We did go out early, around 7:00am to save the chairs we wanted. The restaurants and bars at the pool and beach were never too crowded. We ate lunch at the pool everyday and never had to wait too long. There are also plenty of waiters walking around ready to get you a drink. The buffet restaurant was never too crowded and the food was terrific. Rosato, the Italian Restaurant started getting busy around 6:30pm, but no wait prior to that time. I think the Mexican Restaurant was about the same, although we did not eat there.
I don’t know how busy February would be. March did not seem crazy busy, so I would guess February would be just fine. Hope this helps.

I don’t think any rooms guarantee a balcony except for the master suites. IF you can splurge, I would highly recommend staying in one. They are on the end caps of the U, huge balconies with double size loungers. A very ‘sexy’ feel to the shower and bathtub. My husband and I have stayed in the master suites twice now and absolutely love them.
